It has been a week now, yu and shinoa had been let go and to continue classes and their live. Yu hasn't heard anything about mika for a week now.. Not even from mika.. He is worried sick but can't do anything about it.. If he gets caught again it will be bad for all his friends and he can't do that to them just cause he was stupid enough to fall inlove with a vampire. It sounds like a joke if he says it like that, him a vampire hating soldier of the moon demon company fell in love with an vampire. Yea that would have never worked out, but still.. He does love mika and can't imagine being without him and losing him to a couple of humans who want to use him for knows what.

Apparantly they were learning about something new today but yu couldn't be bothered. It's all just vampire history that they're teaching in this class anyways.

It was rumored that an original vampire was spotted in the area which would be impossible seeing as they all should have been killed in the first war so he didn't see the need to be listening he already knows it anyways, he knows most things about vampires as he was going to kill them all. Originals were the worst, born vampires who could stop aging whenever they wanted instead of being forced to stop ageing the moment they drank human blood, those were the real monsters. Vampires who don't rely on blood and can go years without having even an single drop of it and still remaining sane. In the time originals actually still existed they were the only ones who could walk in direct sunlight which made it hard to expose them as vampires. They were the leaders of other vampires, but the vampires turned against the originals and fought them with the humans to gain power like always. But they should all be dead anyways there hasn't been any news of them for years. But even then it doesn't make sense, how could they be sure all of those monsters had actually been killed? Every book mentions how difficult and near impossible it is to take one down.

Yu sighed and looked at the teacher again as to at least seem like he was paying attention, there of course is a much easier way to figure out if originals are a thing or not and that would be to ask mikaela about it. he's quite sure the blonde vampires is aware of everything that is going on in this world so he would know. He now knows why his friends where always together, being away from your partner hurts.. Even more when you can't do anything about it while knowing what is happening to them. He knows they are hurting mika, starving him. But he can't do anything to help.. He's useless....

When the bell rang yu didn't make an effort to grab his stuff and leave, he just stayed in the same spot he had been not moving at all just staring at the wall. mitsuba came into the room to get shinoa but shina was watching yu, she was the only one of their friend group who knew what was actually going on with yu and she felt horrible because of it.. Yu had trusted her with this even tho she figured it our on her own still, he had shared his feelings for mikaela with her and she couldn't do anything to help him.. She wanted to but she had no idea how she would even be able to help let alone how to do it. she talked to shinya about it hoping he could help but his hands were tied, he coudn't help them either.. It sucked.

"yu-san..? Are you going to come eat lunch with us?" yu looked up at the two girls and just hummed picking up his bag and followed behind them. He didn't really feel like eating but he knows he can't worry his friends even more.. They must know something is off by now even tho shinoa is the only one who actually knows what is going on with him. He feels guilty about not telling his friends but he can't really tell them either.. What would he even say? -Hey guys my boyfriend is an vampire and i want to break him out- nope that won't do at all. They would just think he is crazy if he were to say that. If they hadn't gone to safe kureto the guy wouldn't even have put his hands on mika for god's sake. All the trouble of going to safe him and this is how it turns out, how stupid.

When they got to the spot they normally eat their lunch yu just sat down on the grass underneath the tree seeing yoichi and kimizuki already there and almost done with their lunch. Normally he would have picked an fight with him but now yu just didn't feel like it. life has been pointless ever since mika got taken away from him.. Everything has been so dark like their is no light left anymore and all there is is black darkness with nowhere to escape to. Mika was the light in his life and he had been taken away from him. He might never see mika again.. The short human life of his became wortless in such an short period of time. It feels like he has let everyone down.. His siblings and the love of his life..
