Yu should have expected it, should have known he wouldn't see the blonde vampire anytime soon. But still, it had hurt him. For three months he had been waiting for mika. Getting out of school and hoping the blonde was in his room but he never was.. He almost told his friends about mika once when he was especially down but he couldn't.. It was too difficut and he was afraid of their reactions to him dating an actual vampire..

Winterball, something the school board had come up with it for the students as something good happening in this terrible time. And while everyone had found someone to go with yu didn't.. He saw his friends being exited about it but he couldn't be. He has a boyfriend who can't go anywhere with him.. He doesn't even know if he would ever see mika again..

"yuchiro still don't have a date hm? Well i mean who in their right mind would ever want to be with you, you're such a loser" some girls laughed while yu just kept his head down, this had been going on for a couple of weeks now.. He's been getting picked on by some girls and boys just cause he doesn't have a partner.. Well he does but not one people know about, he only told shinoa but he's sure more people know seeing as he had been used to capture mikaela..

Yu sighed and just got up from his chair picking his bag up in the process. "awww did we hit a nerve yuichiro~ just accept you'll always be a lonesome boy~" he could't register what happened next, shinoa stood up from her chair and hit the girl, right across the face. "you're just jealous of him cause yu-san has a way better boyfriend than you" after that she dragged yu out of the classroom to the hallway and after that to their appartment. "shinoa-" "nope i won't hear it. they have been picking on you for weeks now yu-san.. It must hurt you even though you pretend everything is okay.. You haven't seen mikaela-san for-" "i am fine shinoa!!" with that he went to his room and slammed the door shut in her face, he didn't want to talk about this.

Shinoa sighed and just let yu be, she wouldn't be able to get through to him anyways. She just left a note in the kitchen saying she would be back in a couple of days and to not tell anyone she was gone before packing a bag and leaving the appartment before leaving the city, if yu wasn't going to try safe his relationship she would do it for him.
