My alarm went off and I bashed the button to turn it off. I moaned as I sat up and yawned and started my day of showing, brushing my teeth, and got dressed for school today. I walked down the steps and sat at a table with my family to have some great french toast to start my day.
"Morning sweetie." Audrey says as she gave me a kiss and gave me a good plate of French toast with bacon and eggs."
"Morning mom." I said.
Just then Nika and Dasha came into the dining room giggling since they won't get over how funny it was when they saw Loona hugging me after school yesterday.
"Morning Romeo." Nika said as she rubbed my hair and sat next to me.
"Yeah morning lover boy." Dasha said as she laughed.
"Ok, what's so funny you two?" Audrey asked.
I begged them and nodded no to not tell my mom about yesterday.
Nika smirked and said, "Oh it's nothing. We were watching some funny YouTube videos yesterday."
"Yeah." Dasha said.
"Oh okay." Audrey said as she poured some coffee for Rox before he got ready for work.
When I walked in the camper, Nika grabbed me and said, "you owe us big time."
"I owe you nothing." I said.
Nika then giggled, put me in a playful headlock and gave me a noogie.
"Hey stop!" I said as I tried to get out of her headlock.
"Ok Nika. That's enough." Dasha said as she got in the driver's seat and started the camper.
Nika then gave me a wet willie in my right ear and finally let's go of me.
"Ahh! Nika, come one!" I shouted as I tried to get it out of my ear.
She laughed and got in the front passenger seat while I lay down on the camper bed for the ride which only lasted 10 minutes to head to Zon elementary in the city.
"Have a nice day, Romeo." Nika shouted as she laughed before Dasha drove out of the dropoff zone.
I walked inside to the main hallway and I saw Loona drinking out of the water fountain. She saw me coming to her and what was unexpected was that ran and hugged me tight which drew a lot of attention from the other students. As we walked to our class she was hugging onto my right arm as we were walking. Honestly it was kinda embarrassing since some students stared at me with confusion and awkwardness. I even heard some of them whispering about it.
"Dude that hellhound is dating that square nerd." The human 4th grader said.
"Yeah. It would be dangerous since hellhounds kill whoever is fooled." Said the Wolf anthro.
"Who cares? That first grade nerd is nothing around here." Said the Fox anthro.
(Warning! This is where some violence starts after this point.)
I was kinda hurt when I heard them. A nerd, that is nothing around here. I don't understand why though. I tried to fit in with others in the society but everyone just mistreats me because of my shortness, my interests in gaming and computers as well, and being a quiet shy outcast. During class, Ms Lizz was teaching our lesson about syllables in words. I didn't pay attention as I looked down on my grammar lesson book moping. I kept hearing all the painful rumors about me from other humans and furs that are older than me and kept hearing of being called a no fur from mean teen furries, especially Druce and starting to see my book turning into a mirror showing my reflection. I looked up and I was in a hallway surrounded by furries and humans laughing at me and calling me names. I feel like I wanted to scream in anger.
"STANTON ZERRIEN KEENE!!!!" Ms. Lizz shouted.
