It's just another school day today, Dasha and Nika dropped me off in front of the school and drove to their high school. I headed inside and went to the restroom to wash my face with warm water to help me wake up for the day. I did hear an anthro and a human saying about some new girl and saying she is a hellhound or something.
"The new girl is a hellhound?" The human kid asked.
"Yeah! She looked dangerous and mean. I shouldn't go near her." The Lizard anthro said.
"Same here. She can attack anyone that goes near." The human said as they both left the restroom.
I was curious at first of what a hellhound is but I wouldn't listen to rumors since I believe the new girl wouldn't just attack anyone. I headed to my classroom and sat down at my assigned desk. Then, Ms.Lizz finally came in and made an announcement for the class. ——————-

"Good morning Miss Lizz." Some students spoke.
"So for today, we have a new student joining us today and her name is Loona Hounds. So please make her feel welcomed here." She says.

Loona walked in the classroom and the other students were whispering at each other about her. As for me, I think I have a crush on her. Some of the students got scared as she passed by and she sat down at the empty desk next to me. I gave her a smile but she didn't even want to look at me. I did feel sorry for since the other students don't like her since they are afraid just because she's a hellhound.
As class started, Ms. Lizz started teaching about grammar and writing for the day. I can't even focus since my pure heart is falling for her and I can't stand it.
During lunch, I saw her sitting alone eating her lunch. I was thinking of sitting with her but I'm hesitant to. Not because I was scared, it's just I never was social to others. I sat at an empty adjacent table and started eating while I tried to figure out how to talk to a girl my age. After lunch was over, It was finally recess and I wanted to play some basketball but no one would let me because I'm too short to play. I decided to play in the playground and I saw Loona playing alone in the sandbox making a sand castle by herself.
I heard a few students talking about bad things about her just because she's a Hellhound, which kinda made me mad. I ignored them and sat with her in the sandbox. She looked up but continued building her sandcastle. I decided to help her out and she didn't mind.
"Um.. hi."
"Hi. You aren't scared of me are you?" Loona asked.
"Of course not. I think you're friendly." I said.
"Oh thank you, No one is nice to me just because they're scared of me." She explains.
"They're just jerks. Don't mind them." I said.
We started having fun together for the rest of recess and headed back to class. Loona and I were doing a reading assignment together and we were having fun. After class, We walked out of school together and started to mingle more while we waited for our rides to arrive.
"So you have been bullied too? You are not the only one Stan. People bullied me before I moved here." Loona said.
"Yeah and I got beaten up by two jerks that call me a no fur and weakling and they are on the run." I explain.
"I understand. One time a group of wolf girls beat me up in the cafeteria at my old school. That was the reason I came to Zon city to start a new life at this school."
"Oh. Well don't worry, you won't be alone. I'll be your friend." I said.
Just then Loona hugged me tightly and I felt her soft fur touching my face. I started to blush really red from it. And I heard Nika and Dasha snickering behind us.
"Well, well Stan? Who is this you hugging?" Nika asked as she smirked.
"Uh.. uh.. My friend Loona." I said nervously
"A friend huh? Then, why are you two Hugging? Huh?" Dasha asked as she laughed a little.
I didn't know what to say since it was really embarrassing but Loona saw her ride and hugged me once more in front of them and went to the car and went home with her father. What's weird is that he had horns when I had a glimpse of him.
Nika then gave me that same smirk and said, "Are you sure she's just a friend to you?"
"Yeah, I can see it in your face that you like her." Dasha said as she pinched my red cheeks.
"Well... I maybe... I don't know... just leave it." I stuttered as I walked in their camper.
Later during the day. They dropped me at the gym for my daily training with Clara. I headed in and put my stuff in my locker and saw Clara and Ava wrestling in the ring and they were going to town on each other that I'm not sure who would win. Lily rang the bell and they both finally stopped and climbed out of the ring. Lily saw me coming and gave me a tight hug.
"Hey Stan! Are you ready for another day of fighting fun?" She asked.
"Uh yeah. I'm ready." I said.
"Clara is waiting for you and she has a surprise for you." Ava said as she grabbed my hand.
Clara saw me and smirked as she was ready for another day of training me.
"Hello Stan. Before we start, I got something for you." Clara said as she brought out a small cardboard box and gave it to me.
As I opened it, I noticed it was a pair of red boxing gloves with my name sewed on them. I tried them on and they were my size.
"Oh thank you Clara! These are amazing!" I spoke happily.
"No prob squirt. Now let's teach you some great techniques." Clara said as she took me to the ring.
During the afternoon, I was a little roughed up and tired during the training but I was getting a little stronger and better at fighting and strength that I actually enjoyed. I was a little distracted since I started to have a love feeling about Loona. I just meant her and I have a weird feeling in my heart that I lost focus a bit but Clara kept jabbing me to help me focus anyway.
After training was over Lily and Ava gave me a ride home since they don't want me to walk home during dark in the city.

Clara headed back to her house and hesitated to walk in since she has a Wolf boyfriend that is kinda abusive to her and tries to get used to it.
