Genova's POV:                                                                                                                         Picture of Genova now

When Alex, Kelly, Zack, Lia, and Amy got back, Amy went upstairs while the others told what happened. I had heard of such a thing..But I don't remember where. Later on, Amy came down. I could tell she knew what we wanted to talk to her about. "Amy, what did you do?" Alex asked. She sat down on a chair facing them. "It's a long story I hope your ready for.." she said. "I was blessed by the moon goddess. As a result, I was given several abilities normal wolves don't have. When I was little, I could move things with my mind. You can imagine I'm sure, how much trouble I got into with it." she laughed. "Yea, I can imagine. Did you ever move your mom and dad with your mind? That would be so funny!" Zack asked her. "How is that funny? If Quinn had that, I swear I'd be dead right now!" Alex declared. "Well, then, it's a good thing our little girl doesn't have that power. 'Cause I'm not ready just yet to live without my Wolfie or my Alex." Kelly smiled, giving Alex a kiss. "Well, anyway," Amy continued, "Yes, I did do that. I..got into a heap of trouble with that one..I also was given the ability to find my mate much sooner than other wolves and given the the ability to talk to my wolf from an early age without shifting. And...most importantly, the most dangerous ability I was given, was the ability to save my mate once from death. But, sometimes it doesn't always work and, it could harm the person trying to use the ability.." We all stared at her in amazement. "Ok, so let me get this straight," Lia stated. "You used an ability on Cayden that could have harmed you?? Did you ever think that maybe Cayden wouldn't like you doing that?" Amy nodded. "I know he'd get mad at me for it. But, I couldn't just let him die..I knew I could help so..I did. It wasn't just me who needed him. We all need him..The pack needs him." Kelly shook her head. "Amy, you are one special wolf. I know a lot of selfish wolves who wouldn't sacrifice their lives at all..But I do know a lot of wolves who would for their mate. But, I don't know many who'd do it not just for their mate, but for her pack as well." Alex, who was holding Kelly tightly, agreed. Before he could say anything, the phone rang. Micah went to answer it. We listened as he talked on the phone. We could see his face light up. After he hung up, he turned to us. "Cayden's awake!" he exclaimed. We all got up and jumped up and down all over the place. We were so excited. After so many weeks, Cayden was finally awake. I then felt guilty again..I doubted he'd forgive me. "Sis, you ok?" Micah asked, sitting down beside me. I nodded. "We know that's a lie, Gen." Malia replied. I rolled my eyes. "Fine! You all know I've changed. But Cayden doesn't. He isn't going to forgive me..And what if he makes all of you hate me?!" I exclaimed. I realize I sound over dramatic right now, but I have a right! "Gen, they aren't going to hate you. And neither is Cayden. Cayden isn't the type of person to hate people. Even..if they've wronged him. And trust me, Cayden has the right to be hating a lot of people. Not just you. He's been ridiculed and put down basically all his life just for being a Gamma. Some packs, they actually think Gammas are..well..nothing to be proud of. They treat him and other Gammas like how most packs treat Omegas. They don't even have Gammas themselves. But, not only that, Cayden isn't the strongest wolf in the pack. His brother was one of the strongest actually. They used to be pretty close. Casper always stood up for him when he was bullied for being weak in school. But, things changed when Cayden was chosen to be the Gamma. Casper resented him and they became distant. And...well, about four almost five years ago Casper beat him. He was banished from the pack for it." "Wow...Now I feel really guilty. After all he's been through, this was the last thing he needed! Ugh! I am such a bad person.." I mourned. "Genova! I never want to hear you say that about yourself again! You aren't a bad person. You may have made bad choices in the past, but you changed. Don't worry about what happened in the past. Just focus on the present." Micah told me. I sighed. I wasn't sure I fully agreed, but his words were comforting. "Maybe your right.." I said hesitantly. A few days later, was the day I wasn't looking forward to. Cayden was finally being released from the hospital. Alex and Zack picked him up. Obviously Amy went to. I was trying to avoid Cayden at all costs so I stayed in my room most of the time. Micah and Malia were in the kitchen trying-key word trying-to prepare Cayden's favorite meal. Lia and Kelly were at the playground with Quinn and Bobby. I could literally smell smoke coming from the kitchen! I was armed with a fire extinguisher just in case. All I have to say right now, is I really hope that's not the only meatloaf we got in the house.
