~ JEONGIN'S POV -

6:31 am

I woke up earlier than usual today. It was my birthday after all! I had been waiting for this day, I didn't know why though. I was so worked up and ready for today for days! Today, I turned 19. It's so cool, I don't know why! I'm just so, so, so excited!

It's been a few weeks since I met and became friends with Channie hyung, Minho hyung, Changbin hyung and Hannah noona now, but I feel I've gathered some different feelings for our oldest hyung hyung. 

I feel some things, as I can say, that are different from when I see Minho hyung, or Changbin hyung, or Hannah noona or any other of my friends.

I feel like my stomach indeed has butterflies in it and my heart is literally flying in my body when I see him. It's all just so different. He makes me feel different. He is different.

Whatever he does makes me wanna squeal so bad. Whenever he looks at me, whenever he smiles, whenever he talks, whenever he laughs, whenever he even breathes just makes me wanna hug the life out of him. I'm glad, glad that a person like him exists. That he exists. That Bang Christopher Chan exists.

I want to ask him out, but I'm afraid he'll reject me. Well, he has been giving me some subtle hints that he may have something towards me but, i don't know.. This has happened to me a lot. 

I've got used for my baby like looks and personality many times. Everyone thinks I'm an easy target for these things. That's why I learnt taekwondo, you know.

I had a huge interest in Karate ever since I watched that one Hollywood movie (bruh am srsly letting all my feelings flow thru these words lol) and taekwondo since my cousin brother was also a taekwondo 5th dan.

My dad saw this, so he thought of enrolling me into a taekwondo class as I was more fantasized by it. It was soooo awesome learning taekwondo!!

Anyway, back to reality.

I started working in the cafe Jisung hyung and Felix hyung work in. Hyunjin's parents want him to be independent and get his own money on his own, but, him being too much of a stubborn person, doesn't wanna get to work.

He is saying that he doesn't have anything in mind right now, and is to lazy to do so. And, he also doesn't want to inherit his parents' company. He said that he's not made for business, but also not made for jobs.

And to worsen the situation more, my older brother is also unemployed at the time and can't send us money right now.

So I of course had to take the hard opportunity to get a part time job and get us a living to live at least, even though the Hwangs will be sending us money on special occasions. Still, it wouldn't be enough.

I go to the cafe for work with Jisung and Felix hyung and return with them too. Sometimes I stay there till late midnight and early mornings because first, you can say that I'm a workaholic person and second, my insomnia and third, my love for pastries and well, coffee. 

Hyunjin hyung comes to pick me up when I work past midnight sometimes. Oh, and my boss, Jisoo noona, god she's so nice! I've never seen or met someone as nice as her, besides Channie hyung.
