Personality: Manic depressive, scattered thoughts, arrogant and egotistical, but also quietly insecure and paranoid. Socially inept and awkward. Obsessive and private.
Notable physical traits: Oh my, where to begin...? Ambiguous age (but appears to be in his mid-twenties?), relatively tall, very thin, often hunched, pasty pale skin and greasy unwashed hair, three strange grey cowlicks in the front, wide orange eyes, bulbous nose, wide smile, horrible overbite, spotty stubble, square-tipped halfling ears, a lump on the bridge of his nose, thick eyebrows, metal "gauntlets", probably smells like a combination of old books, Dwemer oil, forge embers, and sweat/body odor.
Fun Fact: Sebastian is heir to the fifth largest Breton-lineage fortune in all of Tamriel. While his name is notorious in Daggerfall (and most of Glenumbra), very few people have actually seen him as he spends most of his time alone in his mansion, delving Dwemeri ruins for treasure, or buried in research books at the local collages around Tamriel. He has enough money to buy basically anything he desires, but is cheap and would more likely scam, bribe, or steal to get his way. What Seb wants, Seb gets.
