"Torygg"

Title(s): "Lord Torygg", local bully, droog
Personality: A jerk, always looking to start trouble and assert his dominance over weaker kids, he's obsessed with praise and routinely makes his rounds through the residential streets to scare people into respecting him. He's known for reciting vicious rumors heard from his mother and other local gossips and trying to stir up reactions for entertainment.
Notable physical traits: He's in his late teens but could easily pass for an adult because of his size. Long, shaggy, dirty blond hair, grey eyes, and a perpetual sneer
Fun Fact: "Torygg" is just his self-given nickname as a nod to his father's job as a court advisor to High King Torygg of Skyrim. He thinks it makes him sound important. Though "Torygg"'s family is linked to royalty in this manner, it is not clear why he remains in the slums of Bruma while his father resides in the city of Solitude. Some speculate that he is a bastard child whose mother clings to the memory of her ex-lover. It is likely that "Torygg" has never even met his father and also feeds on this fantasy of wealth and importance.
Aron and Jasper Kjenssen

Title(s): Local brats, Droogs, Troygg's gang
Personality: Aron and Jasper are basically "yes-men" to Torygg. They don't seem to have opinions of their own, and when they do, they are immediately silenced by their leader. Both seem a bit dim-witted.
Notable physical traits: Aron- Thin, light blond hair that spikes up in the front, bright blue eyes. Jasper- A bit chubby, round face, green almond-shaped eyes, choppy dark brown hair
Fun Fact: Aron and Jasper claim to be brothers, despite looking nothing alike. Even when not under the orders of "Torygg", the boys are inseparable. This is likely due to neither of them being smart enough to make personal choices, so they depend on one another to get through their day. As adults, Aron and Jasper began working as Bruma gate guards as a "joke" but the pay was good and it made their mother proud... in reality, they took the job because it required very little thought or decision-making allowing them to lounge around all day and talk while still being able to protect their criminal friends by looking the other way.
