Personality: Pompous and dumb as a brick. He is obsessed with enforcing the "law" and while he does his job well and is known to be chivalrous, he's also a bully and has an issue with Imperials, likely due to the war.

Fun Fact: The Grey-Cock clan is massive. They have extended family all throughout Skyrim where most of them are employed in some form of law enforcement. If you find yourself being arrested in one of the holds, odds are that it's by a family member.
