Chapter 22

Her mom was with him! Under his mercy!! She ran towards him only to the door to be slammed right in front of the door she banged the door tried opening it but no avail. She looked around but there was nothing in the room not even a window.

She cant do this either way she have to marry him and stay as his wife but she will have her dignity infront of others and her mom will be alive too,
But if she doesnt marry him he will take her anyway she wont have any dignity she will stay as his mistress and her mom will be.... no she doesnt want to think about it, there has to be a way out of it there should be.

Her mom must be freaking out when she didnt find her by her side. she must be so scared and cold,  did they even gave her any food?  She panicked as she paced in the room. She has to think of something.
But the only safe way to rescue her mom was to marry him, even if she escape he will catch her and keep her he is a psychopath biplor and a killer.

Time passed by she couldn't think of anything, her mom's face was the only thing in her mind now.
Her mom was more important than her right now, her mom worked hard all her life to make her life better now its her turn to do the same.

The door was opened and a plate of food was pushed inside.

She lunged forward and grabbed the door knob right before it closed. "Please tell kabir that i want to see him". She said in a meek voice. "He is not here wait till he comes back". Came a familiar voice she opened the door and saw he was the same guy who saved her when she was falling while trying to escape from the bedsheets.his back was facing her so he didnt see her.

"Tell him thats its important". She said.

"He wont". He just grumbled and turned to close the door. "Then will you take me to him". She immediately said to him.  He stopped the door in midway as she peeked out, and she gave him the best puppy eyes. And for a moment she saw him giving up to her puppy eyes and then boom the door was again shut in front of her face.  "I am not your servent". He grumbled from the next side of the door and she heard the steps walking away as she sulked.

She picked up the foor tray which was given to her, the food is starting to become more and more delicious this time it was some eggs and bacon with some pumpkin curry with carrots and radish salad. Wow its was too much but she isnt complaining.

She was just about to eat when the door burst open and the guy who just slammed the door om her face was leaning on the door.
"Want to get some fresh air?" He asked.

They both were sitting in the garden saying nothing it was so awkward. So she decided to break the silence. "What's your name?"

"Why do you want to know?" He grumbled.

"Because i want to thank you for saving me". She said as she picked up a rose and began plucking it while mumbling "marry him, dont marry him."

"Niraj". He said. Nothing just one word. She looked at him with a big smile. "I am chitra".she introduced herself and gave him her hand to shake as he eyed the hand and her.
"I know".he said still not taking her hand and she eyed him to take her hand and when he didnt she took his hand and placed it in hers and shook it casually. "You are a good guy and i really want you to be on my side". She said leaving his hand and continued to pluck the petals. He chuckled at her making her to look at him.

"You believe this sh*t?" He leaned on his hands. She plucked the last petalon the rose which ended with 'marry him' which made her frustated.
"I need to believe in something to not to go crazy". She said and her stomach agreed in response she turned red in embarrassment whereas niraj was already laughing his ass off, at that moment she wanted nothing more than a meteroid to hit her.

A loud cough was sounded in a dustance and niraj stopped laughing and turned to look who it was.
"Am i missing on to something?" Kabir stood there his hands folded as he leaned on the wall.
"Nothing". Niraj stood uo and turned to leave and chitra too stood up as she walked behind niraj and stopped right in front of kabir.

She squared her shoulders and looked at him with emotionless eyes. "Lets talk". She said and was walking back to the room she was kept, expecting kabir to follow her but instead he held her hands and stopped her and she was pulled back and her back was slammed on the wall and kabir was right in front of her his hands on either side of her head capturing her and she pushed him scared of what he will do to her. "Easy princess". He whispered in her ears which made her actions halt. So he was not in a bad mood today.

"Let me go". She whispered he was so close to her they were breathing each other's breathe.
"Why should I?" He asked back his eyes switching between her lips and eyes.
"Because i said so-" she was cut by niraj.
"Get a room guys, dont do this infront of my virgin eyes". He screamed loudly and walked out as kabir let her go and she quickly stepped aside making a safe distance between them.
"Lets talk like civilized people". She said.

Kabir led her to his study. As soon as she entered he closed the door behind and leaned on it.
"Umm" she said not knowing how to start.
"We dont have whole day". Kabir said ruffling his hairs. 
"Lets do this, if i marry you you will let me see my mother". She huffed out and looked at him to see his reaction but his face held nothing.
"Ok". He agreed which made her shocked and happy.
"Just like that? So easy? I said to let me see my mother if i marry you". She ranted she was preparing herself to convince him because she thought he wont say yes easily but it was so easy.
"Do you not want to see her" he asked.
"No i didnt mean like that i mean you said yes to easily i thought you wont". She ranted.

"Get ready you have to meet my family" he said as he opened the door of the study.

He has a family? He lived all alone she thought he doesnt have one. What will she say infront of them? Will they even like her? What if they say no to marriage? Will he not marry her if his family says no? But he said he will keep her even if he doesnt marry her. No no no that cant happen his family should like her at all cost. She cant risk them saying no to the marriage.

"The dress is already waiting for you in your room". He broke her train of thoughts as she shook her head determined to be liked by his family
