Chapter 53

Not all stories have a happy ending and i think our is meant to be this way~

Is this is what pain feels like? Is this what it hearbreak feels like? He felt claustrophobic, he felt as if all the breath in his body was knocked out. He felt he is dying without her.

All day he stayed out of the room and didnt stepped inside. What will he tell her? He is her husband by force? He forced her to marry him? Sure she loved him afterwards but the truth remains. What if she doesnt like him now? She liked him before but what if he tells her the truth and now she hates him for kidnapping her? She is a strong minded girl and everyone knows that she didnt wanted to get married this early it was him. It was him who wanted her.  It was him who forced her.

Maybe god has decided that this was the best for her. He didnt deserved her and god gave her a second chance to find someone else. Just the thought of someone else hugging her made his blood boil. He couldn't let her go. He cant let her go. He is so much in love with her that she is filled in his every drop of blood, every breath he takes is for her.

His thoughts were haunting him. Slowly night came and Niraj told all her family to go for the night, sure everyone denied since they wanted to spend some more time with her but he told them that she needs to rest and they all agreed.

Kabir stayed behind to take care of her. As soon as he entered the room he felt her heated gaze on him. Not once he looked up. he was too ashamed to look at her. He slowly entered inside and poured himself a glass of water.

"who are you?"she asked him a croaked but firm voice. "Your caretaker". He said in a slow voice. He didnt wanted to just tell her that he is her husband. A lot of information in one day  is harmful for her. So he decided to lie of a while until she can take the truth in. Sure it will be hard for him but if is safe for her then sure. 
He heard a soft hum and some shuffling. When he turned around, she was laying on one side with her arms under her head as she stared at him quietly.

"I feel like i have met you before". She said softly with a tired voice. His heart paced when she said that. But he couldn't just tell her the truth. "Too much information for a day. Sleep you look tired" he walked towards her and switched the light off. She just hummed in response and her eyes closed.

I closed the book i was reading in irritation. I was so bored sitting here all day and doing nothing. Thankfully for the girl vanya who comes daily to keep me company.  Or i would have been bored to death. She was nice little chatterbox who kept chatting my ears away. But i'd been lying if i said that i didnt like her.

Nikhil also comes twice a day to check up on me which was completely unnecessary the caretaker they had hired for me did a good job of taking care of me. He always took care if me as if i was the most fragile thing in the world. But there was something very unusual about him. I had a feeling that i had seen him somewhere but i couldn't hit it where. And i noticed how he looked at me. He looked at me with pain, hurt, and an emotion which i couldn't understand. Sometimes he even stared and when i called him about it he would just deny. I even told mom about it but she just said that he was the kind and was only asking for very little money and i couldn't say anything more. 

"Wanna do something fun?" The caretaker suddenly said making me sit up straight. "What?" I asked as he walked forward and placed his hand under my thighs and on my back carrying me in brudal style. "I can walk". I said slowly. "Its my job" he said with no room for arguments and i didnt said much. His face was so close to mine and i could hear his heart beating. His rugged beard looked as if he didnt shaved for longest of times and he tied a small bun of his hair at the back making him look more handsome. His chocolate brown eyes looked at me for a second and then he turned his eyes ahead.
