Chapter 39
Chitra pov.
My legs were all jelly and walking was one of hardest task but luckily kabir picked me up jn bridal style and made a bath for me.

I was still soar and shower was one of the things i needed.
After having a long warm shower, i wore loose clothes and headed down to make breakfast.
But to my surprise kabir had already made breakfast.

As soon he saw me he came and huggdd me and pushed me to a chair for me to sit and placed a plate of pancakes infront of me.

"Are you not going to eat?" I asked when i noticed him not eating at all. He just stared at me for a long moment with a smiled on his face and started to eat.

"I wanted to tell you something".  He started amd i stopped eating.

"I have to go to canada for some business for a week, and as much as i want to take you with me i know it will not be safe for you". He said holding my hand.
By now i knew what kind of business he did and i didnt need to know what is he going to do, killing people? I should have thought about that while i am having breakfast.
"So today,  the whole day i am going to spend with me, what do you want to do?"

My cheeks heat up when he said that i quickly blushed.

He sensed it and a smrik plasted on his face.
"When did you know that you have fallen for me?" I asked the first thing that came in my mind to change the topic and i quickky regretted.

"A very long time ago" he said not minding it at all.
"When i saw you for the first time i knew you were the one".
"How did you know that i was the one?" I asked.
"I just knew, my heart sped up and you smiled so beautifully...i have seen many women gone out with so many but never felt something like when i am with you, even now" he suddely pulled me on his lap and i placed my hand on his chest. He took my hand in his and placed a kiss on my palm and placed it on his chest right on his heart.  "my heart is speeding up can you feel it?" He asked my i focused on the beating under my palm. I can make him react like this only i can make his heart beat like wild. My conscious told me and it made me feel proud.

"So i was not your first?" I asked with fake anger ruining the romantic mood he had made.

"No you were mine, was i yours?" He asked his breath a little shaky.
I just nodded and buried my head in his neck in shyness and i felt him release  a sigh.

"And what about that guy?" He kissed my earlobe an i felt hundreds of butterflues in my stomach. Too much skinship.
"Which guy?" Never in my life i have ever walked hand in hand with any guy and here i was sitting in the lap of my husband.
"What was his name...um..Nikhil, right Nikhil". He said as his thought struck through my head. I was so stucked with my romace and love life that i forgot i have a world outsude this. Nikhil must be finding me, what if he though that i have gone missing? He could never find me, here in kabir's mansion. Sure he was my best friend and like my family but i never felt romantic feeling towards him and i am sure he too didnt.

I came out of my trance when kabir shook my arm.
"No he is my bestfriend and like my family, i never felt any feeling for him and he too didnt". I said shaking my thoughts away.

"I am glad that i am your first and hopefully last". He placed a rogue strand behind my ears pulled me by my nape and joined our lips together as he gave me a long passionate kiss, i knew where this is joining to get. I pulled away and pushed him back as he hummed.

I sat on the bed folding his clothes as we were packing both of our bags. I would be all alone here and so we figured out that it would be safe for me to stay with vanya and his mother.

I folded closed the zip on my suitcase as he came from outside closing the door behind him.

An eerie smile on his face as he hugged me by my waiste.

"What wrong?" I asked by the sudden action.
"Nothing i am just going to miss this" he said as he kissed my neck and inhaled loudly
"I am going to miss your scent and your touch". He enterwined our hands as he kissed each one of my fingers his lips lingered longer on the ring on my ring finger and giving a long kiss on my tiny followed my biting it making my heart melt away.

He gave me a boyish smile before pushing me infront of the mirror.
I stayed there for a minute and i felt his hands leaving my body and a cold metal touch my neck i looked down to see a beautiful golden crescent, moon shaped necklas with diamonds on it, hanging down on my neck i touched the pendant with my hand admiring it with touch while he clasps it around my neck.

I turned around to look at him with stars in my eyes.
His hand went around his neck and he pulled out a sun shaped necklace gold on his neck, a couple necklas.
With mixed emotions i gave him a peck as he grabbed me by my hips and hugged me.

"Why the sun and moon?" I asked him as i rested my head on his chest.
"Cause it defines our relationship. You are always calm and cool an whereas i am not so, you are beautiful and all filled with sincerity whereas i am not but still with all the differences, with the hundredths and thousands of meters gap between us we are still together and we always will". He kissdd my head i could already feel my heart fluttering. Could anyone love me more than he does?
