Chapter 27

The night came faster than i thought. Here i was sitting on the bed while my husband to be was taking a shower. How did she she even end up here? Vanya gave them this room to spen the night and here she was. They were going to sleep in the same room? Same bed? Oh necer in her life she kissed anyone and now here she was sleeping with a man. Well she did kiss twice but it was kabir.

The sound of the door opening had my attention as kabir came out from the bathroom his shirt fit him loosely and his wet hairs falling on his forehead.

I quickly turned my head when i realized what i was doing. I was just checking him out?

The bed sank as he sat next to me. "Tired much?" He asked  while drying his hairs.

"N-no". I replied slowly.

He sighed my turned his body to face me. His hands came in contact with mine as he took rhem in his hands as he carressed my hands gently. The mehndi was dried enough that it wont spread around. His eyes looked at the designs in my hands and his haze lingered on my hand as if he was taking every curve and every design in his mind. His fingers carressed his name on my hands  as he looked at it with a proud smile and placed a kiss on it.

I blushed and quickly took my hands from his grasp.  Why did it looked so hot?

"Let's sleep" he said looking at my blushed form but I just went pale. Sleep? Together?

He sighed "i wont do anything to you". He said and settled in the sheets facing away from me  and switched off the light.

Ok let's just sleep i said to myself knowing very well that i wont be able to sleep while he is beside me. I just laid there in silence.

Tomorrow is going to be the day my lufe is going to change forever. Tomorrow.

And slowly sleep came to me and i gave in and slept.

The morning came earlier than i wanted it to be. The whole mansion was buzzing wuth people no one seemed to rest everyone working hard. Some where decorating the mansion and some were cookung food some were doing preparations and some were heloing everyone out. Okay This is going to be hectic. Kabir was nowhere to be seen.

vanya gave me a big tour of the mansion. And at noon she showed me the rehearsal of  she and her friends were going to perform this evening.

Next she took me to her mothers room and as soon as we opened the door the snell of ivs and machines filled my lungs. The room was filled with machines and her mother sat on a wheel chair while the nurse talked with her.

Vanya motioned her to leave and the nurse quickly sprinted off. Vanya sat by her sude and took her hand in hers. "You know it was mom's wish to get bhai married she was always finding the perfect match for him. And bhai would always say that this was not his type or he is nit interested in this, and mom's wish stayed a wish until you came. Mom would have been so happy she herself would have decorated this mansion with her own hands". She caressed her hands. "And i know you are the perfect choice for him, i can tell he is so much into you. The way he looks at you is so different i necer thought i would see that in his eyes. He loves you so much bhabhi". Now her eyes were piercing through mine

"Please give him all the love in this world anf make him the happiest, i wish all the happiness in the world falls right in your lap". She pleaded with her eyes. The love she had for her brother was so deep. And without any thinking i blurted out. "I will dont worry". And the next second she wrapped her arms around me and was crying. It took me by a surprise but nonetheless i wrapped my arms around her.

"Bhai has gone through so much, he deserves a little happiness and i know you will give him that". She said as she broke the hug and wipped her tears.

"Now let's get you dressed?, bhai must be waiting for you". Now it was my time to cry. The time has come? So early? No way!?
