'I cant wait to go home..'

You hear the bathroom door swing open
making you flinch 'Shit..' you see three pairs of shoes, one of them walk towards the stall next to you. 'I hope they leave quickly' you sigh. Suddenly you feel cold liquid being poured onto your head "the fuck?" I look up and see one of the girls with a evil smirk "oops" she says. They all walk out laughing, you look at the ground devastated then slowly start to cry.

~you walk home in the rain~

As you're walking you bump into a hard chest, making you almost fall backwards "my apologies.." a sweet voice says. You look up to see your neighbour, Ned. "N-Ned.." you blush. "Are you alright? You have mascara running down your cheek.." he looks down at you worried and wipes the mascara with his thumb. You avoid eye contact "would you like to come inside? I can make you some hot chocolate" "I'd like that.." you twirl your hair while smiling.

you sit on the couch waiting for ned. He takes a seat next to you and hands the hot chocolate "be careful.. I don't want you to burn your tongue." He smiles. You take a sip and place it on the table "so may I ask what happened?.. was it some boy that you like?" "N-no." "Hm?" "It was just some mean girls" "oh, my. I'm sorry y/n." He slightly frowns. You look at him "you're really nice ned." You smile. He rubs the back of his neck nervously "my, thank you.." his cheeks go a little pink. "You're a sweet girl." He smiles. You both look each other in the eyes and slowly move closer "honey I'm home!" A woman's voice appears, we both back away "welcome home my love." Ned gets up and kisses her. You grab your bag and run out, feeling stupid.
