Before she opened up the bakery that morning, she went and got Leighla some food. She walked down into the basement, unlocked the cage and slid the food in. "Eat up." She went over to a desk and pulled out Leighla's phone.
When she looked through it the first time, she seen all of pictures she had of Colby on her phone. She's obsessed with him, she thought as she scrolled through them all. She had pictures of him with his mom and step dad, him and his brother, and some of Leighla and him from a long time ago. As she continued scrolling down she seen all of the nude photos she had of him. Now this, this is bad.
Of course Rebecca had seen him naked, they had sex almost every night, but neither one of them have ever sent or taken nudes. Now that she had deleted all of them, she went through all of Leighla's contacts and messages.
After she had replied to Leighla's messages, so they wouldn't suspect she was missing, she set the phone down and watched her eat. "How long are you keeping me in here? Colby will find out, and if he don't someone will. You're literally INSANE."
"Well to be honest, i was never sane in the first place." Rebecca got up from the chair and moved to the cage. "And Colby could care less about you so he won't be searching for you. Neither will anyone else." Rebecca grabbed Leighla's phone from the desk and brought it over to the cage. "Now i want you to tell me, why the heck you had 1,370 photos of Colby."
Leighla rolled her eyes and finished her sandwich. "I still love him ok? Even after he cheated, i've never stopped loving him, i never will."
Rebecca smiled and then laughed. "What's so funny Irish witch?"
Rebecca stopped and smirked. "You want to know what is so funny? That you think Colby still loves you." Rebecca laughed in front of Leighla and danced in place. "He don't even like you anymore. The only reason he even lets you close to his house is because of Kevin." She stopped dancing and stepped back. "And for your information, kevin likes me better than you."
Leighla scoffed and stood up. "He does not! He's mine and Colby's dog, not yours. He never will be your family, and Colby won't either. He doesn't love you." She threw her pop at Rebecca but missing wildly. "Who would ever love you?! You're a psycho who deserves to be rotting in hell!"
Rebecca scoffed and picked up the plastic cup. She didn't say another word, instead she just walked back upstairs and locked the basement door before putting the safe back in place, and then opening the bakery.
Meanwhile Colby was working at the Library. "So y'all are good? It's been what... 5 months now that you guys have been dating? How do you feel?"
Pam had been asking him all day about him and Rebecca, and he loved every second of it, even if his face didn't show it. "We're good Pam. We're actually going on a date tonight, but we're doing really good, we're both really happy." He placed a book up on the bookshelf and Pam did the same on the other side. "How have you been... you know after Mercedes..."
Pam put on a sad smile and shrugged. "I miss her every day, but she's gone you know. I've just kind of dealt with it. Fergal got back last week and he's been visiting her family and they're still a wreck, he is too, but we've all just accepted it." She moved over to another bookshelf and placed books there. "Is your family coming in anytime soon? I know you've not seen them for a while, and you mentioned something about wanting them to meet Becks."
Colby stepped off of the ladder and picked up some more books. "I talked to my mom the other day and they're trying to get up here before winter. It's just hard for them to actually all be free at the same time so they can get here." He scanned two books before going back to Pam. "I'm actually hoping they'll be here for thanksgiving so we can have a big dinner. I can't wait for them to meet her. I'm really hoping my mom likes her. She's a little iffy about my last girlfriends but i have a feeling she'll like Rebecca. I mean who doesn't?" He smiled real big as he said it.
Pam laughed and shook her head. "God, you're so in love. You're right though, she's a very likable person." She then picked up a box of books, "I have to take these over here so i'll talk to you later." She walked off to the other side of the Library while he continued working.

Rebecca had just finished getting ready for their date when Colby knocked on her door. She had on a light blue sundress and some brown high heels. "Coming!" She called out as she put her earring in. She walked to the door and opened it to be met by roses, and of course Colby. "Hi! Oh my god, you didn't have to get me these." She took them and hugged him tight before leaning her head back so he could kiss her. She stepped aside so he could come in. "These are beautiful Colby. Thank you love."She grabbed a vase before adding water in it, then placed the roses in the vase. Colby looked at her with a smile. "You look gorgeous." He gently cupped her face and kissed her. "You ready to go?" He let his arms slide around her waist.
She looked around then nodded before kissing him. "Yep i'm ready. Let's go!" She grabbed her purse and locked up her apartment. They arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes later. He shut the car off and helped her out of the car before they went inside the restaurant hand in hand to go on their date.
