Camilo's POV

I set the tray of food down on the bedside and gently shook y/n's shoulder. She stirred gently before she opened her eyes. "I brought you breakfast," I said gently. Her smile sent butterflies straight to my chest. "I'm sorry, the blankets and pillows have accepted me as one of their own. If I leave now I might betray their trust" she said between laughs. I sighed as I placed the tray at the foot of the bed. She immediately sat up and started gulping down the food. "Be careful, you might choke," I told her. She smiled at me and slowed down until the tray was empty. She sighed and laid back "I think I need a nap". "You just got up," I said. "And you need to get exercise," I told her. She turned to face me and stuck out her bottom lip. I ignored the puppy eyes and took the tray back to the kitchen. When i came back y/n had her eyes closed and was fake snoring. I laughed and pulled the cover off her "Come on! You can't just stay in bed all day!" I shouted at her. She laughed and grabbed my hands and pulled herself up. She steadied herself on my shoulders. "Let's go for a walk," I suggested. "I don't want to go outside," she whispered. "That's fine, we can just stroll around the house," I said. She smiled and placed a gentle kiss on my cheek. I smiled at her as I held out my arm. "Shall we, my lady?" I said very formally. She took my arm "We shall".

Y/n's POV

Camilo and I strolled around the house slowly. He held me steadily and took breaks when I needed them. The pain in my leg flew up my leg like fire and I fell to the ground. Camilo easily caught me and helped me sit up against the wall. "What's wrong?" he asked me. I debated it. I had to tell him. I lifted up my pant leg and showed him. The red mark was slightly bigger and was red hot. Camilo's jaw fell open as he stared at it. "How long has this been here?" he whispered. I gulped "Since the house fell apart". He looked at me with hurt in his eyes. "How long has this been here?" he said while raising his voice. "It's okay, I'm okay" I whispered. "You're okay, really, because this doesn't look okay!" he was yelling now. I was glad everyone was outside gardening. "We're on the same team! Why the heck are you hiding things from me?" his voice broke at the last word. "Is it that hard to ask for help?" he whispered. I bit my lip trying to push back the tears. Camilo helped me up and took me back to my room. His grip on me wasn't loving like it was before, now it was cold and emotionless. He left me in my room and I heard the front door close showing that he went outside. How could I have screwed this up so much?
