"So... we're starting up?" I asked
"Yup!" Was all my best friend said before we started up the game
We had done a lot of research before we started so we knew about all the different classes you could play as and we had already found one we both liked so we were going to be in the same class
Samurai
I looked into it and you get to use a katana, use some cool looking spells, and be like a guardian to your party
We thought sounded fun so we picked it and rolled into the game
I had no ideas on how to distribute my status points so I just went to n/n (nick name) for help
She helped me by giving us the same status points so yeah I'm basically her twin now
*cough cough* anyway I was inside the game waiting for y/n when a girl with short black hair came up to me, veeerrrrry slowly...
"Uhhhhmmm can I help you?" I asked "Yes! Do you know a place with some monsters around?" She asked which led me to guess she was also a starter player like me
"Oh that, No I don't I'm just starting out" I answered "Hey I am too! Why don't we go start out together!"
"Sure, just let me wait for my friend to come in" "ok!"
After another minute or two y/n finally came in "BESTIE!!!!!!" "DON'T SCREAM GOOFBALL!!!"
"Oh right!" She laughed "oh? Who's this? Oh and a what's your player name?" She asked
"Really? You forgot?" "Maybe..." I gave her a look saying 'really' "sigh alright it's sapphire"
"And my player name is y/n" (not her real name, I'm just to lazy to come up with new thing or whatever it's called) I looked at her dumbfounded "you always use that name" "I know!"
I sighed "alright, well I met another starter player and she want to join us in starting out" I said pointing to the black haired girl
"Oh ok! Hi what's your name" y/n asked "I'm Maple" the black haired girl now known as Maple told us
"Well nice to meet ya maple" Y/n said "you probably heard our names already right?" "Yup!"
"Well now that we're all introduced, shouldn't we go look for a monster area?" I asked
"Oh yeah!" Maple and y/n said at the same time
'What is she her twin?' I thought
"I wonder where the monsters are..." Maple said pondering "yeah..." y/n agreed
'We sat here and talked for 5 minutes and we never figured out the main reason she came up to me...' I deadpanned at this and saw a girl with blond hair that seemed like she had been playing a while
'She could be of help... yeah I'm going to ask her' "uhm excuse me" "hm? What's up?" "Well me and my friends here are looking to fight monsters but we don't know where they are, do you mind telling us?" I asked
