I find the closest nurse and lead her to our room.
"What's wrong dear?"
Kagome lays her hands on her belly before speaking.
"I have this weird pressure it kinda feels like I wanna push."
The nurse nods and quickly leaves.
Before long the doctor is back and confirms that Kagome is indeed ready to start pushing.
The room becomes crowded with nurses setting up things for the babies and I feel myself starting to get overwhelmed and I can't help the anxiety from rising in my chest.
I'm snapped out of my downward spiral by Kagome's hand once again gripping mine for support.
I look down and I can see the fear in her eyes, taking a deep breath I regain my composure and sit beside her.
I move her damp bangs away from her flushed face and tell her I love her.
She tries to smile but a pain hits her and we both wince.
The doctor tells me to hold up one of her legs and I watch as she pushes for dear life.
I keep my eyes fixated on her face until I hear it, a loud cry rips through the room and I slowly turn to look at the baby.
The doctor cuts the cord and holds it up for us to see.
It's so small an right away I can tell my looks took over the most.
It has lots of white hair and two small dog ears atop it's head, looking down I see that it is indeed a boy.
