She looks at me and smiles warmly.
"Alright."
Just then the ultrasound tech comes out and calls our names.
We follow her into a large but cold room.
Kagome lays on the bed and lifts up her shirt revealing her swollen belly.
I sit in the closest chair and hold her hand reassuringly while the tech asks her some questions and puts the blue liquid on her before putting the metal stick against her belly.
She moves it around a little before turning the computer screen towards us.
"This is baby A's leg, arm and face."
My eyes widen.
"Wow that's incredible we can actually see them!"
The tech smiles at me before turning back to the screen.
"And over here is baby B's leg, arm and face."
I look at Kagome and see tears in her eyes.
"Their so beautiful!"
The tech turns to look at both of us.
"I see on your chart that you don't want to know the genders, but I was wondering if you'd like to know if they are identical or not?"
I blink in confusion.
"You can do that!?"
She smiles.
"Yes in some cases its hard to tell if both babies share a sack or not but yours is very apparent."
