Baby Saga

After several long years, it's finally time for Pan, Bulla, Daikon, and Mully's 12th birthdays. How time flies. At the same time, Trunks, Goten, and Raunch are all 21, and Raunch has finally gotten together with Trunks.

By now, Kidkarot is still a child, oddly, and with no leads on the dragonballs, or even the Dark Star dragonballs, he's staying that way for a while. The 4 children convince the adult saiyans to take a trip through space together. "Thank you Grandpa Kakarot. You won't regret this, I promise!" So, the 4 kids, along with Nappa, Kidkarot, and Vegeta, all head out into space in a new craft.

Their mission, you might ask? To find new dragonballs, of course. If New Namek has them, and Earth had them, why won't other planets? The trip takes 3 months, but they end up on a planet that was giving off a blip on the radar, this planet being Imecka. "I wonder what kind of Dragonballs we'll find." Heading off, the 7 head into a cave and deep into the planet. They stumble upon a dusty, dirty white ball, about the size of a dragonball. "Here's one!"

Picking it up and bringing it back to the surface, it turns out to not be a Dragonball as it sparks to life and pops open. "G-G-G-Gi-Gi-Giru."
"Giru?" Pan asks, holding up the bot, before he leaps onto the Dragon radar and begins to eat it. The group tries to separate the bot from the radar, but it's too late and it's absorbed. "AH, dang it. It ate the radar!"

The bot tries to run, but with 7 saiyans around, it has no chance of making it anywhere. "You stupid robot, give me back the radar!"
"Just smash the thing, it'll make it easier." Bulla adds in, having her father's sense of fixing things.
"Bulla, aren't you the daughter of the smartest woman on earth? Why would you say to destroy it?"
"Easy Pan, cause I don't like thieves." Giru panics at this, and a panel on it's back opens, revealing it has not only absorbed, but integrated the Dragon Radar into itself. "Hey! He has it still...it's just part of his stupid body."

"Giru not stupid, you stupid!"
"No, you're stupid!" This goes back and forth before Vegeta snatches the robot and says.
"Listen here machine...you have nowhere to go, and you have OUR property. So as far as I can see, you're coming with us to find the Dragonballs." And Vegeta hauls him back to the ship with everyone else in tow.

Several more days, and a few more planets later, and the group has found a few of the Dragonballs. The last ones are on planet M-2. Before arriving there, Giru remembers why he was made, and explains the situation as best he can to Bulla and Pan. Together, the whole of the group comes up with a plan to blindside all of the inhabitants of the planet.

Settling down, Giru leads them into the main city, as per his 'programming', and the group is 'captured' for now. It doesn't take very long for Vegeta to break free of his prison, and shortly after, everyone else joins them. The city is blasted to bits, thanks to Nappa and Vegeta, while Kakarot and Pan steal the last 3 Dragonballs. They make it back to the ship, just in time for the evil Dr. Myuu to unleash his most vile creation...Baby, a Tuffle turned Machine Mutant. The group watches as he absorbs all the data from what the Dr. took from the group before they fly off into space.

The team blasts off back to Earth, racing as fast as the ship will allow...but they're far slower than Baby. The Tuffle races off fast through space to Earth, making it there a few hours before the main team, and instantly begins to infect the planet. When the team returns and makes it home, it's too late, the CC building is up in flames, along with several other buildings. They hear screams and commotion all around West City. The moon is high in the sky.

It's not long with the hunt before they run into Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Raunch, Raditz, and others. The team can't help but fight off the others in hopes of surviving. Baby taps into the Super Saiyan forms for each Saiyan, but thankfully can't tap into Raditz's God form. However, with all that power, he's the biggest threat. One by one, the kids are knocked out, but Raditz remains a major threat, especially when Baby taps into SS2, making the dangerous Super Baby Raditz.

Raditz's body morphs into a more machine-like form, and his power flies up. A surprise shot takes out the kids and Kidkarot. Nappa and Vegeta are left standing, and when Nappa simply can't keep going, it's left to the Prince. The prince thinks fast and grabs Raditz, using the Instant Transmission that Kakarot taught him to teleport them both up to a planet far away. It has a survivable atmosphere, and leaves the two away from Earth...that's when Vegeta feels it.

He looks up, and sees the moons of the planet. Huge, beautiful, and empowering. His hearts pounds heavier and heavier in his chest until he begins to change. His raw power forces the Great Ape to change as well. No longer is it it's dull brown fur, but it's now a powerful Golden, much like the Super Saiyan form. It's power is wild and massive, but even Vegeta, who has mastered the form when younger, is having issues with this wild beast. His mind is racing away from him as Baby Raditz charges an attack.

"The forgone prince, lost to a simple beast...begone!" He fires off the attack and Golden Oozaru Vegeta dodges, the attack hitting a mountain and vaporizing it. "What?! How did you dodge?" Vegeta is trying his damndest to return his mind to normal, looking back to Earth with longing. Meanwhile, back on the planet, the kids and Kidkarot are stirring.

"Where's my dad?" Bulla's concern grows as she sees the destruction, and feels a familiar yet alien energy on another planet. "Uncle Kakarot, you gotta take me up there."

"What? What are you saying, it's too dangerous!"

"Take me up there, dad needs me, I can tell." With a sigh, Kakarot relents.

"Fine, fine...but it's not my fault if you get hurt." One Instant Transmission later and the two are on the alien planet. Bulla flies over to where her father is. "Dad!" She calls out, making the Golden Ape come to his senses. "Dad, please, you have to control it! Like you taught me! Focus on something you love!" And with that, Vegeta regains control and his form begins to shrink...and the Crimson Prince is born.

With his power skyrocketing to new heights, he turns to face Baby, whom launches another Revenge Death Ball. Bulla gets out of the way, while Vegeta tanks the attack. The smoke clears and Vegeta stands, unphased. He floats up into the air and approaches Baby Raditz. Baby forces another change in Raditz, moving up to Super Baby Raditz 2. The change proves to be not enough as Vegeta toys with him. "You...you dare to take over a Saiyan's body and call it your own? You're nothing compared to a true Saiyan. Die!" Vegeta misses his attack as Baby Raditz flies back.

Then, Baby takes a page from Vegeta's book, and begins to absorb the Blutz waves of the many moons. Great Ape Baby Raditz is born, and their power has more or less leveled out. Though, Vegeta laughs heartily at this, and proves more than enough for even this new form! "I'll end this...with one move!" He pulls an arm back and begins to charge something new. "Forgive me...my old friend. Final...Shine!" Throwing his arm forward, Baby is engulfed in the attack, and is destroyed. Back on Earth, everyone that was possessed is released as Baby is killed.

A week later, the Namkians have used the Dragonballs on their planet to revive Raditz after hearing what happened. He returns to Earth and thanks Vegeta, curious about the new form. They'll figure out more about it in the coming months.
