In the beginning, chaos swept across Planet Vegeta. Bardock, the proud Saiyan warrior, stood on edge, sensing an imminent catastrophe. He had fought countless battles, but nothing could shake the dread now clawing at his mind. The icy presence of Frieza lingered like a death shroud over their world, and Bardock knew they were all living on borrowed time.

Rushing home, Bardock's thoughts turned to his wife, Gine, and their infant son, Kakarot. While Bardock had always been the warrior, Gine possessed a different kind of strength—a quiet, nurturing power that had drawn him to her. Yet even now, her love couldn't shield their family from what was coming.

"Gine, there's no more time," Bardock said, his voice rough with urgency as he entered their modest home. "Frieza is planning something. We have to send Kakarot away—now."

Gine, usually gentle and composed, was already moving. She knew her husband too well, and the look in his eyes told her everything she needed to know. "If we're sending him off, I'm going with him."

Bardock's eyes flared with resistance. "No. You can't. I need you to stay here."

But Gine shook her head, her expression resolute. "I won't let him go out into the stars alone, Bardock. He's still just a baby. He needs me."

Bardock's face twisted in frustration, but deep down, he understood. Gine was right. Without another word, he prepared the escape pod. As he sealed the hatch, he cast one last look at his family. "Take care of him," he whispered. "I'll find you again. Somehow."

With a final burst of energy, the pod shot into space, just as Frieza's forces descended on Planet Vegeta. Bardock, left behind to face the chaos, fought to the bitter end, while Gine and Kakarot soared through the galaxy, heading for a small, blue world.

The pod crash-landed in the heart of the wilderness on Earth, far from any civilization. Gine, bruised but determined, emerged from the pod with Kakarot in her arms. The planet felt different, peaceful even, and yet filled with unfamiliar energy.

As she wandered through the forest, searching for signs of life, she was discovered by an elderly man with a gentle smile and wise eyes—Grandpa Gohan. Gohan, sensing no malice in Gine or the small child she carried, took them in. From that day, Kakarot's life on Earth began, but unlike another timeline where a fateful injury softened his Saiyan nature, here he remained Kakarot—proud, wild, and deeply tied to his roots.

Gine's presence shaped Kakarot's upbringing. She balanced his natural Saiyan instinct for battle with the wisdom of a mother who had seen much of the universe. Together, they trained in the mountains with Grandpa Gohan, honing Kakarot's natural strength. Gine herself, though not a warrior by trade, began to rediscover her Saiyan abilities as well, determined to protect her son from any danger that came their way.

As Kakarot grew, his thirst for adventure could not be contained. Gine often found herself chasing after her rambunctious son, who would dash through forests, leap over rivers, and disappear for hours. But it wasn't long before their peaceful existence was interrupted by the appearance of a mysterious girl named Bulma, searching for magical orbs known as Dragon Balls.

Gine was cautious at first, but Kakarot's curiosity pulled them into the quest. From battling the Red Ribbon Army to encountering strange creatures, and even fighting a Namekian named Piccolo, the mother and son duo became involved in more than they could have imagined. With each battle, Kakarot's power grew, and so did the bond between them.

They met new allies along the way—Krillin, a fellow student who trained alongside Kakarot under the great Master Roshi, and Yamcha, the desert bandit who eventually became an ally. Gine, while not a combatant like the others, was always nearby, her sharp instincts and protective nature keeping them from unnecessary harm. She watched proudly as her son took on the world with unshakable determination, knowing that his strength came from both his Saiyan blood and the love of his family.
