Over the next few days, Rantaro would get Chihiro to do small things, such as making him dinner, cleaning his room, or grabbing refreshments. Nothing that Chihiro couldn't handle. That is until Rantaro knocked on his room door one day. With a grin, Rantaro sat down and greeted him when he was let in
"Hello Chihiro"
"............Hi Rantaro"
"Since you have done such a great job thus far, I will finally tell you what the next motive will be"
"..................."
"I admire your enthusiasm. Anyway, Monokuma will call us all to the fifth floor, and lock off the stairs"
"Locking us up there? That's....................cruel"
"There is more, but that is information I will not tell you"
"..........."
Suddenly, the intercom blinked on, and Monokuma's devilish face appeared
"Everyone! Please make your way to the fifth floor for a special announcement!"
"Oh no. I gotta warn everyone before they get there!"
Chihiro got up to race to the stairs, but he dropped to the floor as something pulled him back. Looking back, he saw that thing was Rantaro himself
"We are going to go there ourselves, and if you reveal this information, your secret will be revealed"
"..................."
Begrudgingly, Chihiro got up, and walked to the stairs with Rantaro. When they got to the fifth floor, only Taka and Sayaka were there. Chihiro hoped it would only be Taka and/or Ryoma, so he could warn them, but now, he can't
".........."
Sayaka saw him ad spoke
"Chihiro, is something wrong?"
"No.......nothing"
Eventually, Ryoma, Ibuki, and Hiyoko appeared. After a while, Chihiro began sweating, holding in the information he was given. Soon, Monokuma appeared
"Thank you all for coming! Anyway, you all must be wondering why I gathered you all here today!"
Taka spoke
"Well of course"
"Well, all I am obligated to say is that, in the words of a great space admiral who happens to be a fish...."
Monokuma then somehow pulled out a remote, and pressed the button
"IT'S A TRAP!!!!"
As the shutters on the stairs began to fall, Rantaro, who was the closest to them, dashed towards the stairs and got through before the shutters completely closed
"HEY!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING, SPLIT AVOCADO?!?!?!"
Rantaro chuckled
"Sayonara"
"Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Whatever. I have everyone else here. He can't get anywhere, anyway"
Looking around, Taka spoke once again
"What is going on here?"
"Simple. YOU'RE TRAPPED!!! The shutters will only open once someone murders!"
"When someone murders? You are going to keep us here?!"
"Well duh, what did I just say, dumbass?"
Monokuma then reached behind him and threw strange devices at all of them. They all strapped onto their necks like collars. They all attempted to pull them off with no success
