The 10 remaining students each looked at each other suspiciously, with their numbers dwindling, the number of people they could trust was getting smaller

Rantaro: "Well then. How should we start?"

Mahiru: "I suggest we focus on the second murder first. I have a feeling that the culprit killed both of them"

Nagito: "Why would they do that? One was enough?"

Sayaka: "Perhaps they got rid of some evidence along with having an opportunity to kill again"

Rantaro: "Hmm...............Debatable, but I guess we can stick with that for now"

Ryoma: "Let's just get this started so it can end sooner"

Non Stop Debate

Taka: "So Nekomaru was killed during the blackout"

Rantaro: "Yes. he was harpooned by the harpooning machine"

Hiyoko: "And was standing right where it was pointed!"

Tenko: "So the culprit had a clear shot, and fired!"

Taka: "The culprit also used goggles to see in the dark!"

Sayaka: "Like some sort of spy movie?"

Ibuki: "ooooh! Ibuki loves spy movies!"

"I don't know. Something about that doesn't seem right"

Taka: "So Nekomaru was killed during the blackout"

Rantaro: "Yes. he was harpooned by the harpooning machine"

Hiyoko: "And was standing right where it was pointed!"

"No, that's wrong!"

Chihiro: "That doesn't exactly sound right, Hiyoko"

Hiyoko: "Doesn't sound right? SOUNDS PRETTY ACCURATE TO ME, FLAT CHEST"

Sayaka: "Hiyoko, hate to break it to you, but you-"

Hiyoko: "Shut up!"

Chihiro: "Anyway, I remember during the blackout, someone running by me, bashing into someone"

Mahiru: "How is that related?"

Chihiro: "The person who got hit could have been Nekomaru, and the culprit pushed him into place, so he is in the line of sight for the harpoon gun!"

Rantaro: "Yeah, I can see that. seems very plausible"

Ryoma: "So Nekomaru was pushed by the culprit. Interesting. Didn't think someone could build up enough momentum to push him"

Rantaro: "Anyway, I think it's time we turn our focus. I say we look at Byakuya's murder"

Chihiro: "Huh?"

Taka: "But we still have more to discu-"

Nagito: "I agree with Rantaro. I think we'll be able to find out who killed Nekomaru if we find who killed Byakuya"

Taka: "But that's the opposite of what we originally agreed o-"

Rantaro: "Jury has spoken. Let's talk about Byakuya's murder"
