Being alone again

I could tell that from the second we started drawing that Amber was good at this. I mean if you saw her sketchbook you'd be impressed. She would cover up some specific drawings, which I can only guess guess are her vent drawings because I have some too. She started sketching, skeletons, bodies and some more. I could tell that she likes doing this. I started drawing things that came to mind, well not everything. For some reason being around Amber still gives me butterflies. I should be used to it by now. I didn't draw a lot, nor was I good at it. But she likes it so of course I'm doing it. We drew for a bit until I heard Jay grunt, got up and went to the fridge. "What are you doing?" I asked him with a raised brow. "I'm craving cheese." He said simply as he got a slice of cheese. Me and Amber burst into laughter seeing the boy grab a slice of cheese. We got bored of drawing and decided to go back in my room. I know I said that I'll try to quit drinking but what I mean by that is drinking some bottles every day and we still haven't discussed the smoking situation. This is the way that we cope. We sat in the bedroom for a while until Amber said that she had to go. "Bye." I waved to the blonde as she got out. "Yeah I should probably get going as well." Jay said to me with a sigh. I know things at home aren't going that well so I understand why he seems frustrated. I said okay and we went upstairs to pick his stuff up. I helped him pack his bag and a few minutes later he left. Now it's just me. Nothing wrong with being alone, I guess because I stayed in the same hotel room as Amber for so long I've gotten used to it. But it's okay since I'm gonna have to get used to it. I went back in my room and laid on my bed. I picked my phone up and scrolled through my snapchat memories. Who knew that after this wild field trip that me and Amber would end up this close. I mean we are closer than ever. Yeah she can be a bit mean sometimes but I don't mind it.
