Fifteen minutes later, Charlotte Rosie Brunel sat in her chair waiting, and very ticked off.
"Where the hell is she?!" She uttered every few seconds to herself.
The clock ticked, another few minutes passed, and the silence remained ever unsettling. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door.
"Miss, she's gone." All feelings of anger rose up within her and she wore them well in her expression. What had just happened?

Looking at the late afternoon's sky, their hands still interlocked, Elizabeth's head gently rested on Leon's shoulder. The scenery was beautiful. They were sitting on the top of a hill which wasn't far from the school, but it was far enough so they wouldn't be caught. Hopefully.
He rested his head on hers and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, their hands joined in the middle of their laps. The wind lightly swayed the leaves in the trees, causing a pink cherry blossom to fall, which Leon caught and immediately thought of Liz with the dainty little flower in her hair.
While imagining her he bit his lip and gripped the flower (a little tighter, but still gently in his hand). He brushed back a lock of her long hair. "Tell me, Elizabeth, do you like the colour pink?" He softly chuckled as he placed the flower behind her ear.
She pretended to be like a fifteenth century civilian. "Hmm, what an odd question!" She exclaimed, "Why, yes. Yes I do. It's my favourite colour, actually." Cute.
"Is it now?" He tried to act all dashing and handsome.
"Yes, as well as purple and red and jade green, white, I suppose.. Why do want to know all these things?" She suddenly became curious. As she glanced at him, his smile became a little cocky.
"Why? Because... Heh. Look at your hair." Immediately she put her hands to her head and was panicking that there was a bug on her head or something, or that I'd insulted her, but when she finally saw the flower, she gasped. It was the cutest little moment I have had (or had the chance to see or expercience) in quite a while. She's one of the cutest things! She's different to other girls, I like her for that.
I could feel arms around me as she brought me into a hug. Aww! Without thinking, I hugged her back. Wow, I've never actually hugged a girl before. It's different, but a good different. The hug broke and our faces weren't far apart. Should I kiss her? Do I want to kiss her?

What? Gone? But how can that be possible? Wait, knowing Lizzy, anything's possible, and I don't mean that in the sweet, optimistic way that it's usually meant.I immediately stood up and charged to the door where the student who had told me she was gone was standing. "Do you know where she is or who she is with?" She fiddled with the hem of her skirt. So??
"She went, well, I don't know! Bit she's with Leon Sellars, miss." She suddenly chirped up at the fact she had ratted them out, sort of.
"Right..." I told her to interrogate everyone in the school, teacher and student alike. If she was missing or had run away, we'd need to find her.

"Um."
"Um."
"So this is awkward."
"Yeah, I'll just leave now." Elizabeth inched away from me and then stood up and grabbed her bag. I wanted to grab her wrist and never let her go, but I knew that now wasn't the time to do that.
I watched her go, only to discover that there was a tranquil silence around me. There was a war going on between my two consciences, and, for like the first time ever in my life, I couldn't be bothered to stop them.
