Aizawa's POV

We all woke up with the sun at around 7:30. The kids made short work of breaking camp. Last night we were only able to cover four miles, due to the fact that we weren't on any sort of path in poor light, so we should be back to the bus by 10:30, and back to UA by 12:30 if we go at he same pace as yesterday.

On the walk back, I could tell something was up with my class. On the way in they tried to have fun, but now they're walking in silence. I noticed it last night too, but the horror was still fresh. They're probably still shaken from that building. I think all of us are.

We got to the bus at 10:00 and headed back to school. For once I didn't fall asleep as soon as I sat down in the bus. Is this what if feels like to get a whole night's rest?!

For the next two hours, we road in a stiff, uncomfortable silence, before finally arriving at UA.

"Alright problem children, you have ten minutes to change out of your hero costumes and get to the common room, to debrief and go threw the files. Principal Nezu will also be joining us to help go threw the files. His quirk makes him very  helpful with that kind of work. Now, get going." And just like that, they were off to the locker rooms.

Hawks locked the bus and turned in the key, then us adults walked down to the dorms. Dabi was carrying the iPod. I had found it in one of the cells, and since he's practically leading this investigation, I gave it to him. While we walked, I paged Nezu to the dorms so we could debrief and look at everything as soon as possible.

When we got to the dorms Kirishima, Bakugo, Momo, Jirou, Midoriya, Aoyama, and Tsu were waiting. It took another four and a half minutes for the rest of the class to trickle in, but they still had thirty seconds before they were out of time. Once all my problem children were present, we still had to wait a minute for the headmaster, but when he arrived, it was down to business.

"Good morning everyone!"

"Good morning Principal Nezu," said the class in unison. They said it much more monotone than usual, but I think he understood the reason, since he didn't question the somber mood.

"Eraser Head, you mentioned in your call last night that the iPod led you to an abandoned building, and you took some files with you. Care to elaborate?"

"Yes sir. We have come to the conclusion that the building was some kind of training center for kids. We have also found reason to believe that it is owned, and was used by the Commission. As for the files, they are all in these boxes," I replied as I gestured toward the stack of cardboard boxes.

"What makes you think the building in the woods is owned by the Commission?!"

"'HPSC' was on every piece of body armor," said Ojiro.

"I'll look into property lines, and who owns that building," promised Dabi.

"Thank you," responded Nezu, "And the files?"

"We need to find a way to organize all of them," said Sero, "we only glanced at a few of them briefly, so we should probably look at all of them more closely any way."

Midoriya's POV

For the next while we went through all the files. There were cell assignments, training regimens, rankings, general information for exactly one-hundred people, and of course, the medical files. As we sorted, is became evident that this was a harsh program. according to the medical files, twenty-three kids, from the ages of eight to eighteen, died. Four died to quirk malfunctions, like Phoenix. The remaining nineteen however, died to injuries, like stab wounds, head trauma, or of infection.

Mina eventually came across a spreadsheet that looked like a payroll.

"Apparently this program, what every it was, sent out 4.2 million yen a year to 84 families at different times," she said as she pointed to the spread sheets, "Endeavor was paid for two years. 2138, and 2139."

"What could Number One have to do with this?" asked Kacchan. He was a lot more calm than usual. It was probably this whole situation finally getting to him.

"Deku," started Dabi, "you said Shoto hates his dad, right?" I nod my head. "What are the odds part of the reason is because of this Nezu?"

"It's not unlikely, but it's hard to say, since we don't know what exactly this  is, or how Endeavor is involved in it," came the almost instantaneous reply of the headmaster. Dabi simply nodded. We kept looking through the files, and it seemed to run for twenty years (2126-2146), before shutting done for some reason.

The kids themselves had some strong quirks: Ice, Cremation, Intel... They were all really powerful, especially if trained correctly. Were they training heroes or something? What else could they be training with those quirks, assassins?  This mystery kept getting more and more complicated. I was looking over the files for a girl called Fluoro, who had an acid quirk like Mina's, when I heard Hagakure from across the room.

"Hey Hawks... Why are there records for you?"
