Hawks' POV
Shit! Shit! SHIT!
"What do you mean Hagakure?"
"Well," she replied, "these files are for a kid named 'Hawks.' He'd be twenty-three now, and has the quirk 'Fierce Wings,' which is a rare quirk. And," she continued, "it stands to reason that if the Commission did run some kind of program out of that building, they'd want the survivors working for them to keep them in check." I felt my heart plummet. This girl was smart. Too smart. I notice Kanzen has paled a bit, knowing my past has been exposed.
"Hawks, is she right?" asks Aizawa. I sighed.
"I guess there's no use denying it."
"So, were we right about that building too?" asks Uraraka.
"Take a break from the files and I'll tell you some of the story." Everyone, including Aizawa, Kanzen, Nezu and Dabi, gathered around me to hear it.
"I won't tell you too much, but what I do tell you doesn't leave this group, understand?" They all nod. "Good," and I started the story.
"When I was about nine years old, I saved some people from a car crash. When the Commission found out, they started hunting me down, it didn't take them very long either. They offered my mother 4.2 million yen a year to train me. At the time, we were living on the streets, so it was a no-brainer for my mom, not like she cared about me any way. So they took me to this facility in the woods, the same one we were at yesterday. The goal was to train one-hundred "perfect heroes." We were all ranked, the lower 96 were categorized, into the elite, high, mid, and low rankers and the top four were kind of the leaders of the four categories. Since for most of the time I was number two, I was in charge of the high rankers. Daily training was mandatory. It didn't matter if we had had a quirk malfunction or were stabbed the day before. On the last Saturday of the month we could go home for the day if we had a home to go to, that's why there's a road going into the woods, and directly to the facility. I didn't have a home, and it's not like I wanted to see my failure of a mother anyway, but my roommate got permission for me to go home with him, and I still talk to a very close friend I made on those trips," I said with a glance at Kanzen."I guess you can ask some questions, but I'm not promising to answer them." Hands shot up.
"Mina."
"What year did you start going?"
"2133." More hands. "Midoriya."
