Touya stayed in the hospital for another week, before he was released, and decided to stay with Kanzen after she offered. She had a guest room, lived near the hospital, and new some field medicine, that should keep him alive if something went wrong.
Shoto had decided to return to Height's Alliance, instead of going home to recover. He had started doing physical therapy and started seeing a therapist for his mental health. His recovering was going very well, and even though he couldn't physically do everything his classmates were doing, he was on his way to a full recovery. He hadn't even had a quirk malfunction, like some specialists had warned he might!
For now, Shigaraki and Touya were both using UA's resources to get the mental help they needed. Seeing their leader actually getting help, Toga and Twice started going to a therapist that specialized in criminal rehabilitation, though Kurogiri hadn't been seen since the rescue, and Mr. Compress started to distance himself from the League.
Meanwhile, Hawks had noticed that while there were rehabilitation programs for the average criminal, there was nothing for villains, so he started talking to Nezu about starting something at UA, and two weeks later, they finally settled on a plan that got government approval. The only thing left to do was to see if any actual villains would participate.
"So, what do you think?" he said to Touya, Shigaraki, Toga, and Twice.
"Just to be clear," started Shigaraki, "We enroll in a UA course, not necessarily the hero course, but we all stay at Heights Alliance, with a 1-A student assigned to locking us in our rooms at night. We will be wearing a quirk canceling chip, and not be able to leave the campus. Right?"
"In the beginning yes, but gradually your restrictions will be lifted, until you are essentially a normal UA student."
Shigaraki glanced at the rest of the League before answering, "Can the four of us talk about it alone?"
"Of course," he said as he got up to meet Kanzen in her kitchen. Touya couldn't move around properly, so it was easiest to meet at her house.
"How's it going?" she asked.
"They're talking it over. They seemed interested, but that doesn't mean they will join." Kanzen sighed. It was obvious she wanted her brother to join UA, but the only way that could happen was through the UA Villain Rehabilitation Program (VRP).
After about fifteen minutes, Toga came to bring him back.
"Right," started Shigaraki, "We want to join you program. Me and Dabi in the hero course, and Toga and Twice in general studies, but there's a few things we want to talk about. First, can me and Dabi share a room? I don't want to be locked up with no way out, and I think having Dabi there will help."
"I don't see anything wrong with that if Dabi's fine with it, but I'll check with Nezu."
"Ok. Two, we want to choose which student lock us up at night."
"That's reasonable."
"Three, you don't let Toga's parents have access to her."
"Of course."
"Four, Twice can keep his mask."
"Can I ask why?"
"Without it, I start to split in half, which is extremely painful. No, it isn't! " Replied the villain in question.
"I will talk to Nezu, but it'll probably be fine. Anything else?"
"Yeah actually," said Shigaraki, "This is the last one. Toga and Twice have to have access to a better therapist. The one they have is fine, but UA can get them better."
"Of course."
"Alright then. When do we start."
"I'll talk to Nezu about you and Dabi sharing a room, and Twice's mask, and get back to you with those answers the day after tomorrow. If you still want in, you can move into the dorms next Sunday, and start classes that Monday."
