I woke up in the middle of the night. I had a dream... a nightmare. It was confusing, but happy. It filled me with joy, but killed me at the same time. I was with the group again. Haley and I were walking and she got bit. I tried to save her but she bled to death. A walker by a tree got her. Chloe and I were speaking to each other, deciding what to do, and somebody shot her. Chloe had a bullet in her heart. She couldn't save herself but I tried to. I was too late... she was gone. The man who held the gun was with three other people. It wasn't snowing anymore. I then felt a metal barrel point at my head. I opened my eyes after I cried of Chloe's death and saw that everyone else was about to get shot. Katie was tied to a tree with a knifes blade right against her neck. The same with Caitlyn and Meghan. Dylan had his throat slit already and Izzy was being beat. I wanted to help, but I couldn't. I was about to get up but then... a gunshot. I woke up. I walked outside and looked out to the neighborhood. I tried to stay calm and breathe. "What's wrong?" Chloe asked. "Oh crap!" I said as I tried to catch me breath again. I ran up to her and hugged her. "What the heck. Esai, what's going on." She asked in shock. "You were killed, the group was killed, they killed me. I don't know what's happening." I told her. I ended up explaining the entire nightmare to her and she was devastated. We awoke the group early in the morning. We made our way to the mall. It was about a days worth of travel so once we arrived we would camp outside for the night. I walked into the woods by myself and saw the same walker as the one in my dream. I immediately took out my gun but another gun barrel was already pointed at my head. "Put the goddamn gun down Esai." I lowered my gun and the voice told me to stand against the tree. I looked back and I couldn't believe my eyes. With a bandage around his head, one side was bloody and he wore the necklace from one of our teachers seven months ago when I saw him at the school. Jacob wasn't dead.
