Chapter Thirty-Four: Reunited

Nathan whimpers as he hugs himself close as he walks in these scary woods. Dead leaves crunch under his feet as he walks to, well somewhere. It was cold too, the snow is tall that it's hard to move his feet. Nathan looks around and finds an entrance into a tree trunk. But he debated for a second, how many bugs are in there? 

But you did tell him to hide too and he didn't want to wander too far in case you don't find him. 

As he walks to the tree trunk a large thump grabs his attention, making him freeze. He hears what sounds like hissing and he bolts to the tree trunk. He squeezes himself into the trunk and tries to silence his fearful cries. 

The sounds of crunching leaves and heavy breathing made his heart race. The sounds are getting closer and closer...

A white eye peer into the tree trunk making Nathan scream. He can see this scary face that'll surely give him nightmares. 

"Whoa, whoa, hey it's okay it's okay!" the being quickly said. 

Nathan turns away and starts singing a song to make the scary monster go away. 

"Nathan, Nathan it's me. Remember me, it's Jin." 

Jin? The man who gave him those lollipops? "N-No you're not!" Nathan whimpers. "Jin is handsome you're scary looking!" The man chuckles. "Well of course I'm handsome, I'm the most handsome man on Earth." 

That...does sound like something Jin would say. 

"I know it was only a short meeting, but I used to give you lollipops for uh..." Jin awkwardly stands back from the trunk, wanting so badly to forget about the whole kidnapping incident. God, he can just cringe at himself. 

"What flavors?" Nathan asked, challenging him. "What flavors did Jin give me, if you're really him." 

'Smart kid,' Jin thought, smiling. "I gave you grape, blueberry, lemon-"

"Jin!" 

Nathan climbs out of the trunk and hugs Jin's leg. Okay, Jin didn't remember the flavors he gave him, but God he got lucky. Jin kneels and examines his bloody clothes. Your blood is covering his shirt. His heart jumps into his throat as he examines the blood. 

Instead of blood splattering on him as something killed you it was smeared on him instead.  "Nathan what happened, why are you covered in Y/N'S blood?" he asked, worried. 

"Y/N wanted you guy's to be able to smell me out which is weird you're not those giant dogs," he said, confused. "Are you?" Jin shakes his head no and glances at the large building to his left. The building was one of many, it was a Castle turned into a prison then into a museum. But because of "hauntings", it was abandoned. 

He guesses that Lydia has been hiding here for years and used her Witchcraft to keep unwanted visitors away. Jin takes off his jacket and wraps it around Nathan. "Jin Y/N is still inside and so is my dad." Jin looks confused at his words. "Your dad? You mean the nice man you stayed with?" Nathan shakes his head fast.
