It is quite a long flight. The average time shown for the destination was 12 hours. Half a day! The time lag between California and Berlin is nine hours. I received some snacks as an evening meal from the airlines. The meal was probably included with the ticket. After the meal, I took a nap for a while, then I saw a movie. There were a few minutes of the movie was left and the flight reached Berlin by 12:20 pm the next day. Since my luggage took so long to collect, I came out of the airport one and a half hours late. There was no one to receive me from the airport. So, I had to take a taxi to reach my home. I was jet-lagged by the timing. It takes at least three days for me to get used to jet-lagged. In two days, I have my first day of college in Berlin.

After reaching home I texted Mom, Dad, Mia, and my friend's group that I had reached Berlin safely. I didn't call anyone, because it was three early in the morning in California. Our house here is way too big for me to live alone, so I thought about sharing it with someone of my age.

It was such a long and tiring day. I slept for more than three hours and yet I feel tired. Anyhow, I have to put up with this tiredness at least for a day. So, the next thing I did was to unbox all the stuff I put in cargo. I was hoping nothing should be damaged in it.

It was 5 pm in Berlin when I was busy arranging my things, then I heard my phone ringing. I was sure it was either my family or friends. As expected, it was from Mia.

I was asked to tell her the whole story about what happened after she left me in the boarding area. After I finished telling the whole thing that happened. She asked, "Is everything set? How is our home? It might be so big for you to stay alone."

She reminded me of sharing a home with someone of my age. I replied, "Yeah almost set, I'm arranging my stuff, so it might take one more day, I guess. This house is so big for me to stay alone and Mia would you hand over the phone to mom or dad?"

"Yeah, sure!" she replies and hands over the phone to dad.

After a normal conversation with dad, I asked him about sharing a home with someone of my age. I thought he was going to tell me no. But he said okay without any hesitation. So, after the talk with family. I called Noah to know more about his love story.

"I started liking her when we were in high school, and I never expected her to like me back. I thought it was just a crush, but it turned out to be in a relationship with Ann" as he said this, I could feel him blushing even through the phone. He was extremely happy.

"Hope everything goes well between you both. By the way, how did she like you back? What does she like about you the most?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Even I was shocked when she told me she liked me back! She said she likes my deep voice the most," he said.

After talking with Noah, it was bedtime, so I went to my room and lay down on the bed, thinking about Noah and Ann. We hadn't expected this. Thinking of them made me dream of finding love.
