Almost three years ago...

It was his first day in college. He was excited for it. The day they told him he got the scholarship he was so happy he could die. Since he had to move all the way from a different city, he started later than the rest. He was too shy to talk to others. Everyone was a stranger to him. Yet he felt like everyone knew who he was. One of the poor kids. A week later, someone walked up to him. His smile was brighter than the sun.

- Hi! I'm Hoseok! But you can call me Hobi! You're the new kid right?

- Y-Yeah, I'm K-Kim Yugyeom

- Ah, Yugyeomie! Sounds cool! Don't be scared, I don't bite!

At first, he was happy to be near him. He looked friendly and kind. He introduced him to two amazing people. Namjoon and Jungkook. Maybe his group of friends was gonna be a bunch of nerds. And he was more than okay with it. But one of them was missing. Someone who liked hanging out with them.

- There he is! Yoongles! Come meet the new guy!

- W-Who's the boy next to him?

- That, my friend, is Kim Taehyung. He's gorgeous isn't he? But I don't recommend you falling for him hahaha

- He's pretty. B-But not my type

- Really? - Jungkook stared at the boy - He looks like a fucking dream to me...

When Yoongi and Tae were close enough, he realized they were holding hands. Something that made Hobi clearly uncomfortable. Taehyung looked at him up and down. Judging his clothes, his looks, everything. In under a second he knew the boy in front of him was not from the popular people. And just that easily he ignored his existence. Yoongi, on the other side, was too focused on telling Hobi the big news

- We're dating! Isn't that great?! He said yes!

- That's... that's great guys! I'm happy for you...Did you tell Jimin yet?

- Jiminie? I didn't see him today. I'll tell him as soon as I can!

- Okay...

Something was bothering Hobi. But no one knew what was it yet. When they left, Yugyeom tried to say goodbye to Tae. But the other only scoffed and walked away. One thing was clear, that boy was bad news. And Yugyeom was sure he could avoid him for the rest of the year. It was later that day when he ended up in maths class. Not knowing where to sit, he saw Jungkook waving at him. With a smile, he sat by his side.

- So? Are you getting used to the place?

- A little bit...At least now someone talks to me

- Hahaha people are like that. They only focus on the popular group and kind of ignore the rest. But you'll make more friends don't worry

- Let me guess, Taehyung is part of the popular group?

- How did you know? Is it because he looks like a model?

- No, because he looks like the coldest most shallow boy I ever met

- Daaaamn. But yeah, that's what they say of him. I haven't talked to him much. So I can't confirm nor deny that. Oh, look who's coming

- Kookie! Did you see Yoonie? I can't find him anywhere

The pout Jimin did made Yugyeom's heart go crazy. That was the prettiest boy he ever met. His hair was pink back then and he looked adorable. His voice was sweet and he couldn't believe he was real.

- He's probably with Tae. Now that they're dating they won't be a part hahaha

- D-Dating?

- They didn't tell you? Yoongs confessed this morning!
