The palace has always been a safe heaven for anyone who wished to work for the royals. Their current rulers were just and possesses humility and empathy towards their subjects. They treated everyone equally, executing their late king's vision and spreading it all over their kingdom. The kingdom rejoiced when the couple had their first child, an alpha boy, Arthit, who was not only warm just like his name but also strong and courageous.

Surprised would be an understatement when everyone learned that they are sending their only alpha child abroad at such a young age. He only visited with his gang during their vacation. Nevertheless, years later Arthit returned as a fine young man to take the reins from his parents. In the beginning, the employees were a bit apprehensive about their future ruler since no one knew him personally but that anxiousness was thrown out of the high palace walls seeing they have indeed gained an exceptional ruler, fiercer than his own parents. The only missing part was his mate.

That's when the rumors started circulating that Arthit has chosen advisor Samran's daughter , Namtarn. Samran wasn't particularly a bad person but he wasn't good either. He always stayed aloof to everything except matters related to military and security. That's when Arthit decided to replace the military head warrior with his confidant, Phana which definitely irked the old advisor.

People were not really fond of Namtarn either. She's been always cold and distant, her smiles were reserved only to the royal family. Once the gossip began to spread, she started indulging herself in the palace affairs as if to impress the royals. But once they are out of the vicinity she would start bossing around. She was not only disrespectful but also throws sarcastic comments at the helpers, sometimes taking her frustrations out at them.

The palace employees were overjoyed to the news that Arthit has finally found his fated mate, an omega boy. The kid was a polar opposite of Namtarn. He was gentle, kind, and courageous. He enquires about their well-being and is extremely respectful towards all. An unquestionable vow was made by all to protect and respect the boy at any cost. Last couple of days the whole palace was put under alert since someone tried to hurt their precious Luna-in-waiting. The palace sighed in relief when the news of his revival was announced. Since the day he put foot into this palace it's been lively and warm, and nobody wanted to lose it.

Today evening was no different but something unfamiliar....something that's unheard of is happening at the castle kitchen. The amazement of Arthit carrying his mate is yet to vanish from their minds but the helpers were again made to witness something new.

The future Regent Luna is cooking!!

The maids who worked even at the other parts of the castle visited the kitchen premises as discreetly as possible making numerous excuses just to get a glimpse of the rarest moment. Some even went ahead praising the beauty of the omega, whispering to their friends.

When the whispers and giggles would be unbearably high, Kongpob would glare at the not so subtly hiding crowd which would suppress them only to raise in a couple of moments. They found his each and every movements adorable, Kong rolled his eyes at the thought. He chuckled at their antics and endured it since he couldn't catch any oppressive aura.

Within a few hours he prepared a full course meal, all his alpha's favorite including the strawberry shortcake. Along with his culinary expertise, the staff was amazed by his agility inside the kitchen. By the end everyone waited for the alpha's judgement with bated breath knowing the omega's plight.

The alpha's facial features has clearly displayed how much he loved the food not holding back in praising the boy who had a wide grin pasted on his face. All the elation and satisfaction went down the drain by the alpha's next comment.
