Chapter 49 Two Birds, One Stone
The clock read 2am in the morning. Hyunjin and Felix already left just a few minutes ago. Good thing they brought fruits and some food for me and for Minho in case he wakes up. I scratched my head and stood up to walk out the room.
"Don't let anyone go inside his room." I ordered the guards that was standing outside the room behind the closed door. They nodded and stood straight, taking my orders seriously.
I hugged the coat closer to my body and turn around to see Jiyeon at the end of the hallway walking towards this direction. However, the moment she saw me, she suddenly avoided her my gaze and changed direction. I closed my fists and marched down the hallway to follow her. My bodyguards were following me from behind.
I can feel my anger tensioning my whole system. I waited outside the women's restroom because I saw her going inside. After a few seconds, the door opened and Jiyeon looked at me with widened eyes. The moment I saw her, I harshly grabbed her arm and dragged her to somewhere.
"Let go of me, bitch!" She yelled but I didn't listen. Some nurses were looking at us and attempted to stop us but they were too late when I pushed Jiyeon inside an ob's office.
"Why did you drag me in here?!" She yelled, making the doctor startled and confused as to why we entered here.
"Do a test." I said.
Jiyeon raised her eyebrow and scoffed afterwards. She crossed her arms and walked towards me but I was fast enough to put my elbow on her neck and pin her against the wall.
I glared when I saw her narrowed eyes filled with fear and nervousness. "Do a pregnancy test." I repeated.
Jiyeon tried to push my elbow away from her neck but I was strong enough for her to not succeed. "Let go of me! I'm feeling stressed. This is not good for me and Minho's baby!" She yelled making me more furious.
I looked over to the confused and shocked doctor. "This woman claimed to be pregnant with my fiance's child. Do a test right here right now!"
The doctor was too stunned to protest same with Jiyeon. I smirked before letting her get out of my grip. I slightly pushed her when the doctor gave her the test kit. I crossed my arms while watching her take the thing that the doctor was offering her.
"Leave your bag here so I'd make sure that you won't swap that thing with the other." I muttered, my voice was cold and calm.
Jiyeon glared and rolled her eyes before harshly putting down her bag and marched inside a room. I took a deep sigh before brushing my hair using my fingers. I looked over the doctor and she immediately avoided her gaze from me. It felt like she was hiding something.
"I want to confirm my pregnancy. I've been experiencing lots of signs and I want to know if I'm really a woman carrying a child." I said. I signaled my bodyguards to come out the room. Good thing that they immediately get it and followed my orders.
