Chapter 10~ Cave of Wonders

"LORALEI!"

Zeke yelled as he dove underwater. As he grabbed her, she wrapped her legs around him. He held her by the back of her thighs.

She started coughing, trying to catch her breath. She held onto him so tightly while wrapping her arms around him. Her heart was beating so fast. She was so scared.

"Hey, you're alright I got you~"

As Loralei caught her breath she looked at him. 

"You saved me~"

"You know I will never let anything happen to you."

As she put her forehead against his, she said...

"I know... I kinda want to get out of the water now."

He slightly laughed and said,

"Alright fair enough. I know a cool spot we can go to."

"Ok!"

As he carried her in the water, he went underneath the waterfall. Inside was a giant cave full of rocks and crystals. The water was practically glowing.

"Woh~"

"I think this place resembles Aquatica... I've seen pictures and apparently they have a lot of ponds and lakes like this."

"I wish I could move to Aquatica... so many crystals in here."

"Yeah~"

As Loralei focused on the view, he could only focus his eyes on her. He has never fallen in love before. he thought he would never know how it feels but, he's glad he did.

She turned around to see him and he looked dizzy~ he was having problems keeping his balance and he was breathing heavily. 

"Zeke?"

She said as she walked towards him. She could feel her temperature rising as she was overwhelmed with fear. As she reached out for him his nose started to bleed.

He took a deep breath as he tilted his head back and wiped off the blood. 

"Shit."

Zeke said as he rolled his eyes and sat down. He put one hand over his nose and the other on his head.

Loralei said,

"Are you ok?"

"Please don't say that~ I hate when people ask me that."

He snapped at her. She got startled but sat down next to him.

"What's going on with you?"

"I didn't want you to find out like this."

"Find out what~"

He took a deep breath and Loralei said,

"What aren't you telling me, Zeke. You said you would never lie to me..."

"Ok, I'll tell you... You should know my parents."

*Know your parents? What does he mean by his parents?* She thought but she kept quiet and let him finish his sentance.

"My parents are Stella and Loyd. You know, King Cricket and King Arons friends~"

Her eyes widened and she said,

"Really? They are together?!"

"No, they aren't together. They just had me. It's a long story."

She put her hand on his leg and said,

"I'm here to listen. You know my story. I want to hear about yours~"

He looked at her and said,

"Ok then, well my mom and dad have been friends for years. They slept with each other a few times before I was born but it was nothing serious... my mom wanted a relationship but my dad saw her too much as a friend. My mom got really mad or whatever and so she did something that night..."

"What did she do..."

She knew it had to be something serious but... nothing could have prepared her for this.

"She went and slept with Roman."

"My father?!"
