Tori: "Well... a curse this powerful is irreversible. But... you can do a transfer spell."
Enchanted: "Tori..."
Tori: "Don't Tori me~ it will work."
Enchanted: "It will work but at a cost~"
Tori: "She needs to know all her options Enchanted."
Loralei looked at them both and said,
"I want to know."
Tori: "Very well then... a transfer spell basically takes magic inflicted on another person and transfers it to yourself. Theirs no way to save both Stella and Zeke but if you chose one of them... you can take the curse instead."
Loralei looked at the ground. She didn't know what to do. If she took the curse she would die but if she didn't... Zeke would die. But she could only pick one of them. Stella only had a year left to live but she loved Zeke.
Enchanted: "The spell won't last forever~ a decision must be made Loralei."
Loralei looked p and them and said,
Loralei: "I want to take the curse."
Tori looked at Enchanted and said,
Tori: "Alright... who would you like to take the curse from?"
Loralei paused for a moment... until she said.
Loralei: "Zeke... I want Zeke to live."
As she said that a tear started to fall down her cheek. Tori's eyes filled with sympathy as she said,
Tori: "I'm so sorry hon~ love is a hard thing to come by. I would have done the same thing."
Loralei: "Really?"
Tori nodded and grabbed Enchanted's had to do the spell. Loralei closed her eyes as they began chanting. Darkness started to surround them and Loralei could feel herself getting weaker.
As the chanting stopped, Tori and Enchanted disappeared. Loralei took a deep breath and made her way out of the forest. Not even looking for Lucinda.
She was so glad that Zeke wouldn't have to deal with this pain anymore but she was scared that she had to. All her life she has been sacrificing herself for others. Mainly her parents but... this time was different. This time, she was loved.
As she made her way back to campus, she was greeted by guards.
"Young lady you are coming with us!"
"What~"
