Jack nearly reaches Greg but Niki grabs him and holds him in place. "J-Jack calm dow-"
"CALM DOWN?! CALM DOWN?! WE LITERALLY JUST SAW THAT HE WATCHED ALL OF US FUCKING DIE!" Jack yelled, only to rile Niki up.
"YEAH, WHICH IS WHY WE SHOULDN'T GO AND ATTACK HIM!"
"BUT HE MIGHT TRY AND KILL US IN A SI-"
"HALT DEINE FRESSE!" Niki shouted back, confusing most people but Greg knew enough German to know she just told him to shut the fuck up.
"Greg." Hannah spoke up. "I'm so sorry, I didn't e-"
"You just went through my mind, without my consent... Pretty sure that's some kind of mind rape." Greg says, his voice low enough to barely be heard. "And for what it's worth, I'm sorry for messing up your lives again." And then Greg turned around and started running.
He heard his name being called be he couldn't bring himself to slow down, only speeding up. (DAMN IT DAMN IT DAMN IT! WHY CAN'T EVERYTHING BE SIMPLE?! WHY DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE INVOLVED WITH TRAGEDY?! WHAT DID I EVER DO WRONG?!) Greg barely noticed the tears slipping down his face, and he hoped that he could at least get his powers to activate to send him away, he didn't want to confront them again.
Spoiler, he didn't leave.
*2 hours later*
"GREG! GREG, WHEREVER YOU ARE PLEASE COME OUT! WE'RE SORRY FOR MIND RAPING YOU!" Drista called out but got no answer back, leaving her frustrated. "He's been missing for hours, now I'm just plain worried about him actually being being gone."
"I say it's for the best we don't find him." Jack muttered but got a death glare from everyone.
