A/N: Just one more chapter to go!
--------------------------------------------------------------
While you were napping on the couch, Will was sitting on the opposite end of it. He decided to perform some research on his laptop that may assist him in aiding you.

He found an article that looked reliable and informative enough. The article focused specifically on how to care for a sick child.

The first section of the article described the difference between a cold and a flu. Based on the comparisons and contrasts of the symptoms, Will determined that you most likely had the flu. The article then continued to describe the procedure of caring for a child with a flu. The first thing the article said was to keep the child hydrated. Will had given you a glass of water, but made a mental note to himself to give you more shortly. The next step was to make sure the child got a lot of rest. That was already done, as you had slept most of the day and were currently asleep. Finally, the last step was to give the child over the counter medicine to help ease the symptoms. Knowing that he had accomplished all of the steps gave him confidence on this whole process. It was no different that what he had done when taking care of Grell.

He glanced over at you, and very carefully reached over to feel your forehead once more. Your fever was still higher than it should have been, but definitely lower than before, which meant that the medicine was working. Relieved, Will sank back in his spot of the couch and decided that now was a good time to catch up on work. It was still about three hours until he planned to wake you for your next dosage.

During your ill-induced slumber, no dreams occurred this time. About a couple hours after you had fallen asleep, you woke up again. The fire was crackling, and you heard the sound of typing. After blinking a couple of times, you sluggishly sat up. You began trying to rub the sleep out of your eyes.

"I see you're awake," Will said. You looked at him in confusion, taking a few moments to remember that you had been sick and Will had been looking after you. He had his gaze fixed on the screen before him, but he felt the slight shift of the sofa as you sat up.

"How are you feeling?" He added.

You took a moment to observe yourself. Your headache had faded to a dull ache. Some grogginess remained, however. Your chills weren't near as bad as before.

"I feel a bit better," you replied.

"I'm glad to hear that." A few minutes of silence went by between the both of you. As you still sat there curled up in your soft blanket, you noticed how much Will looked... different. You were unable to visually register him as the typical Will you knew.

For the first time that you could recall, you had only seen him in his black work suit. He always had that suit on when he passed by you in the mornings when you were waiting for Grell to finish getting ready, and from the moment he would come home from work to the moment you headed to bed.

But now, he was wearing a navy blue T-shirt, a casual pair of black slacks, and matching socks. Not only was his attire different, but his hair too. It was combed, but not gelled in his typical fashion, so it laid freely around his head. His bangs were long enough to touch his eyebrows. Even with his naturally stoic, void-of-emotion resting face, this current look made him look not only younger, but slightly more approachable.

Will eventually looked towards your direction, noticing you staring at him.

"Is everything alright, (Y/N)?" He asked you.

"Oh, um... yes," you quickly said, looking down at your lap. "It's just..."

Will raised an eyebrow.

"You look different, is all," you admitted. You had no idea why you told him this. You wished you hadn't.
