Newly Discovered Brother

Paige's pov___________________

Percy and I walked back to our tent. He sat on his bed while I stood there. 

"Tell me please.. We never kept secrets from each other" Percy said.

"When we saved mom and you three left Grover and I in the underworld. Hades woke up and knocked Grover out and somehow he got someone to kill me.. I woke up not human.. Dad and Zeus showed up and got us out of there when Grover did wake up but he didn't stay long. We barely talked.." I explained. 

"Wait.. What do you mean not human.. Paige what did he turn you into?" Percy's eyes widen. 

"I'm a vampire.." I said and his jaw dropped. 

"Paige.. You went through all of that alone?" He asked suddenly sad again. 

"I left because I couldn't control my thrust for blood and didn't want to hurt anyone. I didn't want to hurt you, Grover, and Annabeth" I said.

"That's why you left.. It wasn't because of our kiss" I turn to see Grover and Annabeth watching us. 

"Wait, you two kissed?" Percy asked shocked once again. 

"It was kind of in the moment thing" I said.

"We came to tell you that your both summoned to the big house" Annabeth said and the four of us made our way over. 

"It's not good to get summoned" Grover mentioned.

"I'm sure it's fine" Annabeth said positively. 

"I'm sure you don't get summoned to the big house without a major screw-up" Grover said.

"I didn't screw up.. Maybe it's about Paige's return" Percy said.

"That's a good reason" I muttered. 

"Don't let him get into your head, ok?" Annabeth said.

"So I can get your tent when you get kicked out?" Grover joked. 

"Seriously, don't worry, it's just Mr. D. I mean if Chiron have summoned you, then..." She stopped talking when we see him standing outside waiting for us. 

"Oh, you are soo massively screwed" She muttered to us. 

Percy and I walk over to him "It wasn't me" I said right away. 

"Whatever it is you think I did, I didn't do anything" Percy said.

"You've done nothing wrong you two" Chiron said.

"Exactly" Percy and I both said at the same time. 

"As you know, the both of you are believed to be Poseidon's only heir's" Chiron said.

"Yeah, so?" Percy asked.

"So it would seem that belief has been held in the error" Chiron said.

"What?" I asked confused. 

"Hold on, your saying Percy and Paige have another brother?" Grover asked. 

"Or a sister?" Annabeth asked as Chiron nods. 

"Holy Styx" Grover said "Another Poseidon half-blood" What is going on right now?????

"Not exactly" Chiron said and Percy and I look each other lost. We followed Chiron inside. 

"Technically, Tyson's not a half-blood. Half-bloods are half human hence the name" Chiron said.

"I don't understand" I said.

"If this new kid isn't a half human, what other half is he?" Percy asked. 

"Nymph. Sea nymph. And when you cross a deity with a nymph, you get... " Chiron opened the doors to see Mr. D and our new brother Tyson. He turned around and he only had one eye. 

"Hello brother, sister" Tyson said.

Percy just stares at him, Rude..

"Hi" I said and he smiles at me. 

"I am pretty hungry. Got any food?" Tyson asked. 

"Let's go get lunch" I suggested and we sat down at the lunch area. He was really hungry. Annabeth didn't want to sit with us so she sat somewhere else but she was glaring at Tyson. 

"So, your the big shot here right? You saved the world and all" Tyson said to Percy. 

"Y-Yeah Yeah" Percy nods his head. 

Tyson filled up his plate again. 

"Is he messing with me?" Percy whispered to Grover. 

"I think he's hungry" Grover laughs. 

"I meant Poseidon. Is this suppose to be some kind of joke? A mean a half brother? A cyclops?" Percy whispered. 

"Well, I think the politically correct term is 'ocular impaired' and a half-brother is better than nothing" Grover said.

"Hello, right here" I wave my hand indicating I am here.

"I like have siblings. Dad was cool to bring me here" Tyson said.

"Dad, dad brought you here?" Percy asked shocked while I was anger that Tyson probably grew up with dad. 

"I was upstate in the woods. One day this trident showed up over my head, and starts moving south" Tyson said.

"You just followed it? You.. You followed it here?" Percy asked. 

"It glowed" Tyson shrugged his shoulder. 

"Well, somebody's got a new brother" Clarisse walks up to us "Ah, and the sister returns" She said. 

I gave her a fake smile "I see he's got daddy's eyes, or eye" She teased making fun of him. 

"You should really get him some sprayable mist" She said and Tyson put his sunglasses back on his face. "Anyway it is kind of interesting timing don't you think? Maybe Poseidon decided he needed another son to, you know.. Represent" She said to Percy.

"Bull" Tyson said.

"Excuse me?" Clarisse said offended.

"Smells like bull" Tyson said.

A loud bang and rumbling was heard and everyone gasp. 

Cups and plates fell everywhere. 

Everyone eventually stood up look at each other. 

"We got barrier Action!" A girl yelled and everyone runs to where we can get a clear shot at the barrier.
