Jennie and Jisoo left Rosé's party, bought fried chicken and were on their way to Jennie's house.

"You'll let the smell out." Jennie scolds Jisoo by closing the bag with fried chicken.

"I wish that bag was my bed." Jisoo sighs as they go up the stairs towards Jennie's apartment.

"I know this isn't going to sound the way I want to, but I want to fuck this fried chicken." Jennie says seriously.

"I understand, you shouldn't say this to anyone else, but I understand." Jisoo answers. Jennie opens the door and starts to enter the apartment, but turns and leaves, closing the door without letting Jisoo in.

"I'm really sorry. Lisa is playing." Jennie sighs.

"What?"

"She's making out with someone, we can't interrupt her." Jennie has the idea of ​​going up the fire escape and going through the window. The girls go outside the building. "Did you know how athletic I was? Impressed?" Jennie asks as she climbs into a garbage can to pull the emergency ladder.

"I'm so hungry. Too hungry." Jisoo whimpers when watching what Jennie is doing.

"Oh my God. Stop!" Jisoo says in a worried tone, making Jennie stop and look down. "Hold tight, if you won't let slip through your fingers" Jennie starts laughing "Please don't drop my chicken."

"What? Stop making me laugh." Jennie goes back upstairs.

"I'm serious." Jisoo says and starts laughing.

"Stop making me laugh."

"I'm not trying. Serious."

"I take care of it." Jennie says already entering the balcony.

"Are you okay?" Jisoo asks as she goes up.

"I'm fine." Jennie smiles.

"No, I'm talking to my chicken."

Jennie just rolls her eyes, but she has a little smile on her face as they walk through the window. The girls sit on the floor, leaning against Jennie's bed.

"This is the dining room." Jennie takes the bag, taking out the box with fried chicken and putting it on her lap.

"Slowly! One, two, three..." Jisoo said and Jennie opened the box. Both are admiring the food.

"Thanks, God."

"That looks so good." Jisoo doesn't look away from the chicken.

"Just choose one." Jennie hurries the red-haired girl. They pick and bite the first piece at the same time. The pleasant and comfortable silence is present as they enjoy the fried chicken.

"It's the best meal I've ever had..." Jisoo says seriously and Jennie looks at her "In my entire life."

They stare at each other, alternating between eyes and mouth, making the mood start to change.

"I should go home." Jisoo said still staring at Jennie, but then she looks back at the chicken.

"Pieces for the trip?"

"Two, please." Jisoo says, making Jennie smile. She gets up and walks slowly to the window. They looked at each other for the last time and Jisoo leaves.

Jennie was staring at the wall and eating the chicken until her phone started to ring. It was Taehyung. She was about to answer, but decided to reject it and go back to eating her fried chicken.

The next day, when Jennie arrived at work and looked at her desk, she had a note: "J, Meet me on the sixth floor! K." She went straight there and smiled when she saw Jisoo at her desk working.

"Hey!" She says, not making a point of hiding her smile.

"Hi!" Jisoo smiles too, when she saw that Jennie wasn't going to say anything else, she asks "What are you doing here?"

"You two in my office, now." Sunmi says when appearing at the door. The two assistants widened their eyes and entered Sunmi's room. Seulgi was standing and Sunmi was sitting in an armchair.

"Jennie, Sunmi." Seulgi said "Sunmi's assistant, Jisu." introduced the two.

"Ji-SOO!" Sunmi corrected her and Seulgi pointed to Jisoo.

"Hello." Jisoo says as she extends her hand for Jennie to shake, after shaking hands, they turn to their bosses again.

"You two must know each other, because Sunmi and I are getting married." Seulgi says as she takes Sunmi's hand, who just smiles.

"Wow." Jennie opens a huge smile.

"Really?" Jisoo is incredulous and smiling.

"That's great, amazing." Jennie is excited.

"Incredible." Jisoo agrees.

"We're going to fly to St. John, escape on the beach, sunset, all this romantic stuff and we want you two to organize." Seulgi shrugs.

"We, of course, obviously, who else would do that?" Jisoo says while quickly looking for a pad on her desk.

"We can do that." Jennie says and Jisoo is writing down what Seulgi had said.

"Why aren't you taking notes like Jisu? "Seulgi stares at Jennie, who soon took her phone to take notes.

"We can make it happen. When do you want to go?" Jisoo adjusts her glasses on her face.

"Next saturday." Seulgi is emphatic and looks at Sunmi.

"Next Saturday? It's so early." Jisoo scratches the back of her head.

"Jisoo, I'll go out for so long and you'll have so little to do. Maybe it's a good time to do the draft about the nonagenarians you was talking about." Sunmi smiles sweetly.

"Yes, please. That would be wonderful." Jisoo replied happy and excited, making Jennie smile.

"And Jennie, I'll promote you." Seulgi hurries to say, not wanting to be left behind.

The assistants hurry to leave and when they leave the room, they hug each other excited by the news.

"All right, we can work at the District Club today." Seulgi says as she leaves Sunmi's room, making the assistants break the hug quickly and pull away.

"Yes ma'am." Jennie starts following her boss, but before leaving, she turns around and points to Jisoo who does the same.
