Chapter 25

I continued to run, not caring about the scraps on my legs and hands. Finally I saw the eclipse gate and in front of it were royal soldiers along with Princess Hisui, Yukino, Natsu, Wendy, Mira, Happy, Carla, Lily, Cobra, Midnight and Angel.
"Stop! You have to close the gate right now!" I yelled out making them look at me.
"Luce" Natsu said in relief and the others looked at me like I was a sight for sore eyes.
"Do not interfere, this is something that we have to do to save the kingdom from the horde of dragons that will soon attack us," Princess Hisui said with a frown.
"The only horde of dragons we are going to have to worry about are the dragons that come from that gate. It isn't a magic weapon or anything like that, it is a gate through time" I tried to explain. They didn't know what opening this gate would do.
"You do not understand-" Hisui started.
"No you don't understand, that thing was built by the celestial spirits and they require the celestial zodiac spirits to open it. You have already broken many celestial laws so it is best if you stop this before it gets worse" I cut her off and I glared straight at her. It was too late. Hearing a creak I had to cover my eyes as a bright light came from the gate as it opened. As soon as it was open enough I saw a large scaled leg and I closed my eyes this time not because of the light but because everything we had done was for nothing. Seeing the mechanism to close the door I fought against the wind and drafted from the door to get to it. Grabbing I pulled back with all my might as well as flowing my magic into it. Normally you would use the celestial spirits to close the gate but because of how strong my magic was I didn't need to do that. Even as my muscles cried out, even as sweat dripped down my face and I felt the magic drain I didn't stop as I saw the doors start to close. Just a little more, a little more.
"I'll help," Angel said as she laid her hands on one of my shoulders and Yukino grabbed the other one. With one last push I managed to get the doors to close even when I heard a roar from the dragon that I had stopped from escaping. I wanted to collapse to my knees but now wasn't the time.
"Cobra, Midnight, how many got out?" I asked, turning to face them.
"Seven of them," Midnight said, wide awake as he stood up from his carpet.
"Well at least it wasn't any more and it's good that it's seven" I said as I straightened up and grabbed my keys.
"What do you need me to do Luce?" Natsu asked, looking to me for directions.
"First we should-" I started.
"Ah Lucy Heartfielia. I had wondered why the gate had shut and now I see that once again you have stopped my plans" I heard and we turned to see Future Rogue standing there.
"Rogue or a Future of Rogue. It seems that all my warnings fell on deaf ears and you managed to get your way. The eclipse gate opened but make no mistake, I won't allow you to get your way and destroy this world" I glared up at him and he laughed coldly.
"I would love to see you try, just like your Future self you have too soft of a heart to truly stop me and there is no one powerful enough to stop me other than you" Future Rogue said.
"You would be surprised at what humans can do" I glared.
"For now there is nothing you can do, after all you are too worried about saving these people to stop me so come at me when you are ready, I will enjoy crushing you" Future Rogue said before disappearing into the shadows.

I stood there, plans running through my head before finally nodding.
"Right, Midnight I want you to go to Fairy Tail and help them out. Cobra I want you to join up with Cubelios and take on one of the dragons if you are up for it. Happy and Natsu you should target a dragon as well. Lily, find Gajeel and give him a hand while Angel, Wendy and Carla, I want you to stay here and keep an eye on the gate and help the knights. More than likely a dragon will be sent to attack you guys because if we can destroy the gate we can send them all back" I ordered and they all nodded.
"What about me?" Mira asked.
"I need you to pass on a message for Warren to tell everyone and then come back to help Wendy take down the dragon that will turn up here" I said and she nodded. I quickly told her the message and she launched into the air and went towards where Fairy Tail hopefully was.
"What are you going to do Lucy?" Wendy asked worriedly.
"I am going to first summon some help and then I am going to go and find Future Rogue and beat him into submission of course" I smiled as I grabbed my keys out.
"Open Loke, Aries, Capricorn, Taurus, Sagittarius, Scorpio, Cancer, third form" I called out and seven very large magic circles appeared in front of me. Out of the magic circles came a large golden lion, a large sheep covered in white fluffy wool, a large goat that had white hair, a large black and white spotted cow, a large horse that was brown, A large blood red scorpion and finally a large light red crab.
"I want you guys to spread out and find the dragons and once you find them help the dragon slayers and other mages defeat them. Loke you stay with me" I said and got a variety of noises out loud and voices accepting the orders in my head.
"What is this?" Yukino asked while watching the spirits leave the area heading to stop the dragons destruction.
"Every celestial spirit has three different forms no matter how big or small. When they trust you enough they show you their third form like they just showed you and when they believe you are strong enough they show you their second form" I explained before heading to Loke who had his head bowed down.
