Xavier led Ophelia into the Blue Point diner and the pair were soon sat, having ordered a burger and chips each.

They sat in a comfortable silence as they waited, Xavier kept a firm hold on her hand across the table as he gave her a small smile.

"Didn't like any of the flowers then?" He asked as his thumb grazed her ring.

She shrugged slightly. "It's not that, just need to find out which ones I want."

"I'm sure you'll find the right ones sweetheart, you always do." He answered as their food arrived.

Just as they were about to dig in there was a loud crash from outside. Everyone in the diner heard and turned to look out the window.

"Stay here sweetheart." Xavier mumbled as he leapt from his seat and quickly rushed outside.

Ophelia watched as she saw him and other people rush over to a window in the shop opposite. What was the window was now a load of broken glass laying around and everyone was questioning what had happened.

Ophelia quickly got up and ignored her food as she rushed out after him. Yet just as she was about to run across the street she felt two hands grab her waist and yank her back.

A cop car flew in and barely missed her as she went crashing into a strong body, who just about held them both up.

"We gotta stop meeting like this."

She pulled herself free as she heard a laugh and turned to see Richard smiling down at her.

"Thank you again but I gotta see what's happening." She said as she spun on her heel and was about to cross the road again but she felt a hand grab her waist and pull her back.

"I wouldn't do that, police round here don't like people interfering." He mumbled as she looked up at him, nodding towards the scene.

"I'm not just any person." She mumbled in response as she looked over and saw Xavier talking with a few other officers.

Before she could say anything she saw one of the officers turn and look at everyone crowding around before see her standing with Richard.

"I gotta run love." She heard his voice in his ear.

Yet as she turned to reply she couldn't as he had already disappeared in the sea of people. Looking around she tried to find him but stopped when she felt a hand take hers.

Looking around she saw Xavier looking down at her worried.

"One of the officers is going to drive you home sweetheart. I gotta stay here and sort this." He mumbled as he wrapped an arm around her waist and led her over to the cop car that almost run her over.

She nodded slowly but continued to look around for Richard, but couldn't see him anywhere, not even those two boys he'd been with earlier.

Climbing in the car and accepting a kiss from Xavier, another officer got in the front and soon started to drive her away, back home, while she stuck to looking out the windows.

"You know her?"

Eyeball turned and saw Ace nodding towards the cop car that was disappearing down the street. He shook his head as they continued to look out from their hidden spot in the alleyway.

"Didn't look like you don't know her." Ace mumbled.

Eyeball shrugged slightly. "Only met her today. Saved her from getting hit by a car. Twice."

Ace nodded slowly. "Dangerous game to play."

Eyeball shrugged slightly. "Don't know if she's actually with him."
