Later, James was driving home and I was smiling the whole car ride. James held my hand tightly the whole car ride. It was a red light and I looked at him and smiled. James looked at me and also smiled. He gave me a kiss.
"I'm so happy,"I smile.
"Me too,"he smiled.
The red light turned to green. Soon we got home and went inside. I walked over to James and put my arms around his neck and he put his arms around my waist. James took one of his hands off my waist and put it on my stomach. He looks at me and smiled.
"How about we throw a party to celebrate our engagement and the little miracle growing inside of you?"he asks.
I nod and he gave me a kiss.
"This is only the beginning. I'm willing to do my best to help you through everything and always be by your side. I love you. You mean so much to me,"he said, pulling me in for a hug.
"Wow. I never thought I would end up falling in love with you,"I smile and gave him another kiss.
We sat down on the couch and decided to watch a movie. The movie was over soon and I looked at James. He was asleep. I smile.
"James,"I whisper, shaking him lightly.
"What?"he groans.
"Come on. Let's go upstairs sleepy,"I smile and stand up. I put my hand out and he takes it. James got up and followed me to the bedroom. We lay down in bed. I face him and I smile. He also smiled and kissed my forehead.
"Goodnight James,"I smile.
"Night cutie,"he said and gave me a soft kiss.
James fell asleep soon and I just stared at him. Soon I fell asleep. I felt James wrap his arms around me tighter.
