Kevin:  "You're back."

He was sitting on his throne as usual.
His voice was cold as ice.
But it not mattered to her.
She was already used to it.

Kevin:  "I know you are worrying about something, what is it?"

As suspected of Kevin.
He knew something was wrong before she could explain.
It was as if he already read her mind before she could even speak.

Kevin:  "I could tell by your looks."

Y/n:  "I'm... confused about something."

Kevin: "What is it?"
He says with a normal yet coldly tone.

She just came back after fighting the Herrscher of Domination.
But...
What was bothering her?

What made her wonder was how this voice tried to take control of her consciousness.
How can it do it?
How was it possible?

Y/n:  "The god of honkai, it's power tried to take control of my consciousness. But because I can fully control my powers and can repel any honkai power within a Herrscher, I was not affected as the other Herrscher that lost control of itself before me. If perhaps I didn't absorb enough honkai energy back then, then maybe I would've been like them."

Kevin:  "..."
He was not surprised.

The Herrscher of [E/N], she is the second Herrcher besides Mei, the Herrcher of Thunder, to join the World Serpent.

The Herrscher of [E/n], to think that even if she's younger than Mei by just two years, it was still incredible for him to know she was just as intelligent as her.

If he were to match her powers against Mei's, Y/n would probably be stronger than Mei herself.

Y/n:  "Just why would it try to do that?"
Y/n:  "Even if it tried to take control of me, what is its purpose of doing so?"
Y/n: "Perhaps someone made a deal to the devil?"
Y/n:  "Or perhaps... someone is trying to ascend as a god...?"
Y/n:  "And if so, is it the person you were affiliated with a few weeks ago?"

So many clues were just being shunned at once.
Kevin knew hiding the truth from her would be crucial, but at the same time, it was something that she shouldn't have known to begin with.

Kevin:  "..."

Y/n:  "Tell me, just what is he trying to accomplish? That voice... Is he one controlling the God of Honkai as he pleases?"

Kevin: "I'm not sure."

Y/n:  "Not sure...?"

Kevin:  "He's the one individual I couldn't tell of his motives."

Y/n:  "So you wouldn't know of this relationship between the Overseer and the God of Honkai...?"

Kevin:  "..."
He stayed silent.
Letting her know he had no answer to that.

Y/n:  "Thanks, Kevin."
Y/n turns around to leave.

Kevin:  "Where are you headed?"

Y/n:  "I'm pretty sure you should know by now..."
She looks back at Kevin.
Since the room was dark, her glaring herrscher eyes glowed back at him with the utmost hatred.

Y/n:  "The man who almost took everything from me... I'm going to give him a visit. And I will make sure I get an explanation from him of what's going on."
