Ryu looked at the Temple of the Dragon from a small hill. He was almost taken back to see it lit in flames.
It reminded him of the Dark Dragon Blade Incident that happened two years ago. The fire... the dead... his best friend... her...
He immediately shook the memory away. He jumped down from the hill and ran up toward the entrance.
Black Spider Ninja waited for him there, along with their canine companions. The dogs bit the hilts of Incendiary Shuriken as they ran to Ryu, ready to send him an explosive demise.
Ryu threw shuriken at the dogs' throats, slitting them, thus ending their lives. The ninjas yell in frustration as they unleashed their talons, ramming into Ryu's body.
He flew into a building, jumping out before it collapsed on top of him.
He took out his Dragon Sword and slashed down on the first ninja, slicing his skull, then stabbing through his neck. When the other saw this, he ran. Ryu shot an arrow into his back, piercing through the ninja's spine and heart.
As he ran up the steps to the entrance of the Temple, a bunch of burning wood came down, along with burning ninjas. They looked at Ryu and held on to him, wanting him dead along with them. Ryu did the Art of the Hurricane, making a tornado engulf the Spider ninjas into oblivion.
Seeing that the entrance was now blocked, Ryu did the Flying Bird Flip, doing a flip to jump from wall to wall, and landed on top of the second floor roof. He felt someone watching him.
He turned around and saw Rin, her cape covering her face, making her wicked grin show vaguely.
"Who are you?" Ryu commanded.
Rin chuckled. "You're in no position to ask me who I am, Ryu Hayabusa."
Her voice struck Ryu again as familiar. Almost as if he missed the voice.
"Who are you? I will not ask again"
Rin giggled. Ryu widened his eyes. Her voice was too familiar.
"You will find out when you reach the top Ryu Hayabusa. Your father isn't doing good to tell you the truth... see you soon"
With that, Rin spun her cape and disappeared. Ryu clenched his fists and ran into a window, crashing into a fiend.
The purple fiend smashed his hands repeatedly onto Ryu's body.
The heavy fiend suddenly flew out of the window. Ryu looked around and saw the girl again. Her pale hand glowed in a purple aura. The light shown onto her face a little, making her blue eyes shine.
"Well I can't let them have all the fun"
Ryu froze in shock. "You're...."
Rin bowed. "Amazed to see I am alive? I am as well. My beloved parents resurrected me and now I am back! Rin! Princess of the Necromantle! Greater Fiend and Ruler of the Dead!!!"
Ryu ran to her.
Rin disappeared again.
Ryu stumbled through the door and saw Jô, clinging to the broken floor, and Genshin with Rin and Elizébet, holding the Demon Statue.
