headache-
im outside shawtyomw!
I quickly stepped into my sneakers as I did a once over. We were just having dinner at Ash's place so I wore some baggy jeans, waist beads and a simple, short sleeve black crop top. I added my usual gold jewelry and I slicked my hair into a low pony tail, bringing out my edges in pretty swoops.
By the time I got outside, Ash was leaning against his car on his phone, my footsteps caused him to look up.
"Yo ass catch up on sleep?" He asked, opening the passenger door for me as I got in.
"Yes actually," I said as I pulled my seatbelt on. Ash leaned his hand on the back of my headrest to back out of my drive way.
Good Lord, please help me
"Good, you was kinda lookin a lil..." He trailed off, jokingly. I gasped at his insinuation.
"Excuse me! But you weren't looking too hot either the night before," I said, crossing my arms and staring at the window.
"Aw, cmon Mia," He teased. "It was a joke!" I ignored him, playing this little game of me catching an attitude and him asking me for forgiveness because I was a drama queen like that.
Ash used his free hand to pull my thigh, forcing me to face him. Okay, if he didn't stop touching me, we'd be late to this dinner.
"Stop Ash," I grumble, trying to remove his hand but he wouldn't budge. "Wouldn't want my ugly ass to scare you," I said, biting back a smile, not able to stay serious.
"Shutcho dramatic ass up," He laughed which caused my smile to break through. "We both know that ain't true." I leaned between the arm rest, bringing my hands to my chin.
"Are you calling me pretty?" I sung as I poked his cheek. He swatted my hand away, grumbling.
"Depends, you gon admit you was eye fuckin me this morning?" He replied, smirking as he recalled what happened in the bathroom mirror earlier.
"Okay, this conversation is done." I grumbled, pulling away from him as we pulled up to the house. Ash laughed at my sudden change of mood as he opened my door for me. I rolled my eyes at his clowning before following him to his house. It was a nice home, fairly sized, two story which didn't really fit the whole 'ex-drug dealer' persona but who was I to judge?
As we entered the home, I took it all in, never really being in a boy's home before as sad as that sounded. It seemed to be freshly moved in, there were still boxes present scattered around the house but for the most part, it was fully moved in.
"Hey Mia!" A voice brought me out of my thoughts as my vision settled on Lexi Howard.
"Lexi motherfuckin Howard?" I gasped, taking in the sight of the polished, college girl. "When did you come back to town?" I asked as we embraced each other.
"Just a couple of days ago," She said as she hugged me tightly. Ash slid past us, letting us have our girl talk in the living room.
"How come I just found out about you and Fezco, huh?" I asked, nudging her slightly. She blushed and waved her hand at me.
"We've been together for a while now," She mumbled shyly. "We're not the flashy kind, just private so nobody really knew," I hummed, understanding where she was coming from.
"Are you on break or something?" I asked, knowing she went to college a couple of hours away.
"No! Actually uhm, I transferred to a closer college, the one like thirty minutes away?" I nodded understanding. "Yea so I'm doing online classes and starting an internship as well."
