Wednesday 15th September.
"Are you sure you trust me to dye your hair?" Danny asked uncertainly.
"Of course I do. It's easy. I'll help you anyway."
"If you say so."
I started the stream and watched the viewers start to increase.
"Hi guys."
"I'm the star of the show here Jessie," Dan said, leaning down towards my iPad that I was streaming on.
"Oh, yeah, definitely," I said, sarcasm decorating my voice. "Everyone loves Daniel Ricciar-" I was cut off by my phone ringing and I took it out of my pocket. "Hang on, I need to take this. Keep them occupied."
"Will do," Dan said. I left the bathroom and wandered into the kitchen, far away from the stream, and answered the call.
"Hey, Jessie."
"Hey, Kate. What's up?"
"I know it's a bit last minute, but This Morning have had a cancellation and-, well you know I mentioned that you're on their list of people to come in for an interview, they've moved you up. They're asking if you can be there for Friday with Holly and Phil."
"This Friday?"
"Yes. I'm sorry, I know it's really last minute and it's a pain in the arse, really. You don't have to accept it if you have plans."
"Um, no, I'll be alright. I can book a flight for later tonight or early tomorrow."
"Brilliant, Jessie, you are a superstar! This will be good for publicity."
"That's okay. It's still early today, so I'll book a flight for this evening and see if I can stay at Lando's or something."
"Amazing. Thank you so much, Jessie!"
"Are you going to be there?"
"Yes, I am.
"If you're with Ayrton then I don't mind. You need to spend as much time as possible with him."
"I'll be there, don't worry. You'd be useless without me."
"True," I laughed.
"I'll let you get on. Let me know what time your flight is and where you're staying and what not."
"Will do. Talk to you later."
"Bye, babe."
"Bye."

I grabbed my laptop on the way back to the bathroom, greeting Dan with my head almost buried into the screen, looking up flights.
"What was that about?" he asked.
"Stuff I can't say on stream."
I showed him my laptop.
"Ah, okay," he said. "Top secret information," he told the stream.
"I hope he's been behaving himself."
"Me?" Daniel said, placing a hand on his chest in mock offense. "I always behave myself."
"Oh, sure."
"Let's just dye your hair, shall we?"

Thursday 16th September.
"Good morning," Luisa chirped, coming down the stairs.
"Good morning. I didn't wake you up coming in last night, did I?"
"No, no. I sleep quite heavily. What're you making?"
"Pancakes. Oatmeal pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup."
"Sounds delicious," she smiled.
"Well, you get the first batch. I must say, I think they're the best ones I've ever done. They tend to get worse the longer I do them for."
I plated three up and slid them across to her with some cutlery and the glass bottle of syrup. She thanked me and I started another batch.
"Do you have any plans today?" she asked.
"I'll do a bit of training, beat Lando and let Jon bully him."
"Sounds good," she laughed.
"What about you?"
"I've got to get ready for a modelling shoot."
"Ah nice. What kind?"
"Another bikini one."
"Nice."
"Not really," she laughed. "It's down to the boutique to get waxed."
"Oh, no thank you. I'd rather spare myself the pain."
"You should come with me one time and see what it's like."
I fixed her with a 'come on now, it's me' kind of look which made her laugh again.
"I am not letting anybody near down there with a wax strip. No, I'm good, I'll stick with my razor, thank you."
"Are you sure?" she teased.
"Very sure."
"Okay then. These pancakes are amazing."
"Well I think you'd end up starving with Max or Lando's cooking. They always burn something."
"I don't know how they do, but they do," she agreed.
A door opened upstairs and someone walked out.
"Lando?" I asked, an eyebrow raised as we listened to the bathroom door shut.
"He was starting to wake up when I came down," Lu said.
"Ah, okay."
I plated up three more pancakes and added a few extra blueberries as I did with Luisa's one, and slide it to sit in the place next to her. Sure enough, two minutes later, Lando came trotting down the stairs and into the kitchen.
"Morning, baby," he said, giving Lu a kiss on the lips.
"Good morning," she smiled back.
"Morning Jess."
"Good morning."
"Thanks for the pancakes."
"You'd burn something otherwise."
"That was Max's fault last time."
"Do not start this again," I sighed. Another door opened upstairs and Max followed Lando's same path to the bathroom before coming down a few minutes later. I slid across a third plate of pancakes for him and turned off the hob.
"Are you not having any?" Luisa asked.
"I've already had some with my yoghurt that I got yesterday. There's enough batter there for more, by the way. Just give it a mix tomorrow morning. I'll be leaving at about half past six."
"Okay."
"Thanks, Jess."
"No problem."
