Authors Note: This is my first Danmachi Story, I've kept up with all the translations of the Novels, read the mangas, and seen the Anime, Sword Oratoria, and the original story. However, I have not played Memoria Freese, or any other side stories apart from Ais's. If someone were willing to list out all forms of lore that I could binge on; that would be greatly appreciated as I myself enjoy a wonderful story.

I will upload all Arcs Chapters and Side Stories at Once, Side Stories will be incredibly short compared to actual Chapters, however, will they will include things of importance. The time between each Arc being uploaded will depend on how many chapters are per Arc.

Chapter 1: (Journey to the Labyrinth City)

{ In this world of Dungeons and Magic, there was a rule that everyone knew about. [When in the presence of a God/Goddess, you are nothing more than an opportunity], This didn't mean that you had to bend to the will of every single God/Goddess, however, they were to be revered, and their words to never be taken lightly. When one would forewarn a Human about what was to come it was considered near suicide to ignore the intuition of a Deity.

Of course, while they were supposed to be Omnipotent; they had given up a lot to mingle around Humans. Arcanum is the ultimate form of their powers, their godly essence per se. It was sealed while they were down here, as to not disrupt the peace with the God-Hating Dungeon; whose very existence was the reason why the Deities had descended from their world.

This Dungeon was nothing more than a large hole in the earth that seemed to simply be a spawn for the devil, it threw out monster after monster that sought to kill all of the Humans on the surface. Battles were fought, wars were waged, Alliances were created, however, these monsters were getting stronger and stronger as years turned to decades.

Eventually, centuries would come to pass and while there were certainly heroes such as Argonaut, Heracles, Perseus, and many more... They all would eventually meet the end of their road. Some would pass away, some would retire due to injuries, while others may ascend into Godhood, having achieved unbelievable feats.

However, the Dungeon never faltered, every time you thought it was over, it would bare those hidden fangs and begin its destruction once more, it was an endless loop full of blood and death with no sort of hope for Humanity... That is until they began to descend from Tenkai.

Tenkai, the realm of the gods, divided between all the different mythologies, Norse, Greek, Roman, Aztec, there was a large number, however, not all decided to descend and lose their godly powers, they refused to be on a scale lower than a mortal in any facet. Those who didn't care, however, relinquished their Arcanum and began to write a tale unlike any other of the past.

A tale of a familia, their familia, made up of the very mortals that they saw as their own children. One descended, then a second, eventually, all the stars from the sky seemed to drop from the sky and the Humans to know this event as the start of the [Golden Age].

Humanity began to prosper as the Gods began to give their [Children], Gifts to survive the calamities that had begun to arise. Falna, the power of the Gods in a way that Humans could use it. Through the extraction of their blood and the blessing of the Gods, they were able to gain the untapped potential of humans.

From here on out, Heroes would begin to rise faster than they fell, and the monsters that ravaged the land would begin to get pushed back; for the first time in centuries, Humanity began to push back. More and more heroes fought, many created tales that would be told a thousand years later, while others would be forgotten as their sacrifice was never recorded.
