Chapter 2: (The Porcelain Princess)
Tapping his foot was a man with orange hair and a hat that covered his face. "What's got you so worried old friend." A voice cut in and the man who was tapping his foot raised his gaze at the old man that appeared in the seat next to him. "I wonder what... It's not like the King of Olympus just called me out or something..."
Zeus smiled at the man and gave a hearty chuckle. "You know I wouldn't call you unless it was serious, I was exiled from Orario after all, Hermes." Zeus called out the man now known as Hermes. "Hmm..." Hermes, of course, was actually just feigning anxiety, he was incredibly excited, he knew what this meant. When one of the strongest Gods in all of Tenkai made a move, it meant that a new era was about to be ushered in.
"So then to what do I owe this wonderful visit?" Hermes smiled slyly as Zeus let out a sigh. "Bell's finally going to Orario." Hermes's eyes widened in joy, "You don't mean!" Zeus nodded, "His journey to become a hero has begun..." Hermes's fingers began to tap excitedly on the table bar, "Why now?"
Zeus looked at the glass of beer that had been served to the God and sighed, "I had another vision." Hermes stopped moving and realized this was a serious matter. "How clear was it?" Zeus could be seen contemplating the past as he took a gulp of his beer. "Clearer than the first." Hermes nearly fell back.
The first Vision of Bell had been so clear that all the gods who knew about it were shocked, however, here he was saying it was even clearer, almost as if he saw the future. "What did you see?" Zeus brought out a book, it was the Story Book [Dungeon Oratoria], "It showed a rabbit flying through the pages of this book until it reached the only empty page in the book, and then a title appeared in Blinding white flames, The last one..." Hermes held his breath at what Zeus had just told him.
"Y-You mean?" Zeus didn't stop there, however, "After that, a black flame began to burn the book as if it was getting rid of every single story in there, but those blinding white flames were the one thing that those disgusting flames couldn't get rid of." Hermes leaned back and let out a soft laugh. "It's finally time Zeus, we're finally going to figure out what the dungeon really is! We're finally going to make up for your idiotic display of power when you came down from Tenkai!"
Zeus grumbled at that but knew it was true, When Ouranos, Hera, and Zeus had descended from Tenkai, they had used too much Arcanum and forced the Dungeon to spawn 3 great Beasts, [Behemoth], [Leviathan], and lastly, [The Black Dragon]. The Behemoth for Ouranos, Leviathan for Hera, and the Black Dragon for Zeus.
They were now known as the three great quests, while 2 of the monsters had been felled at the hands of Zeus and Hera's familias, only the Black Dragon they could not defeat. They had attempted to subjugate it about 9 years ago, however, because of their failure, they had been kicked out of Orario by Loki and Freya.
It was still a bitter memory for the Old God who missed his children whom he had grown as if they were his own offspring. Seeing the Old God look so nostalgic Hermes couldn't help but look at his drink. "I don't know if I should tell you this but... Right now may have been the worst time for Bell to be brought to Orario."
Zeus looked at him confused, "What do you mean?" Hermes tipped his hat and spoke of the events currently revolving around Orario. "An Organization known as Evilus has sprung up, Erebus was behind them as far as we knew... However, the issue is who fought alongside him." Hermes looked at Zeus with an expression unbefitting the easy-going god. "It was Alfia and Zald." Slamming his head on the table Zeus felt his blood boil.
