"Honey, I'm home!" Harry called into the flat he shared with his boyfriend of six months.

"Where have you been?" Trevor came into the hallway from the kitchen and stopped in front of Harry with a questioning look.

"Uh, just out, you know?"Harry said slowly. He didn't want to tell him that he had visited his ex at his Company because Trevor could get jealous pretty easily and Harry didn't feel the need to start a discussion if it wasn't necessary.

Trevor knew that Harry had a daughter with his ex boyfriend, but he had never been really interested in it nor who Harry's ex was. They never talked about it and Harry was fine with it, although it bothered him a little bit that Trevor was so desinterested in his child. He wouldn't even have known her name if Harry hadn't told him by himself.

"Out, huh? With?" Trevor quirked an eyebrow and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Alone, Trev. I can do things on my own, you know?" Harry scoffed and rushed past him. As so often Harry thought about his rash decision to move in with Trevor when they had only been together for two months, but he had needed a place to stay when his landlord had kicked him out because he couldn't pay the rent with his part-time job anymore.

Harry had met Trevor at one of his shootings for his photography course and they had instantly clicked. After going out a few times Trevor had asked him to be his boyfriend and they were going strong since then and even though Harry thought about Louis all the time he was quite happy. He had been in the middle of his final exams for Uni when his landlord had kicked him out and he had no other chance than to move in with his boyfriend, not that he complained. It was easy living with Trevor, he was at his office most of the time so they didn't get on each others nerves and Harry could concentrate on finding a permanent job as a photographer.

"I was just asking, calm down." Trevor held his hands up in defence. Harry studied him precisely before he sighed.

"I'm sorry, I didn't sleep well and it was a long day. I didn't want to snap at you." He apologized and threw his arms around Trevor's torso.

"It's alright, sweetie." Trevor smiled and placed a kiss to his head hugging him tight. "You hungry?" He asked.

"Yes, actually." Harry smiled up at him.

"Can you set up the table? I have to look after the food." Trevor said and went back to the kitchen.

Harry did as told and five minutes later they were sitting at the table. Trevor was talking about his work but Harry couldn't concentrate on anything he was saying, he was too busy imagining what Louis and Ava were doing right now. Would they also be sitting at the dining table talking about their day? He was wondering if Louis had learned to cook by now or if Liam did all the cooking and a knot formed in his stomach. Why couldn't he think of something else? Why was Louis' face burned into his brain?

He had been beyond shocked when he had seen him yesterday again after three years. Louis had changed so much, yet somehow not at all. He hadn't aged even the tiniest bit but his appearance and posture was completely different. He had looked like he had a lot of difficulties behind him and he looked so serious. When he had met Louis he was goofy and childish even with his high position in his job, but now he radiated so much power and sophistication. Louis had always valued his appearance but it seemed that he was even more vain now with his designer clothes and accurately trimmed hair and stubble which looked like he was straight out of a magazine and even Ava had worn designer brands the two times Harry had seen her. It seemed like Harry had looked at a stranger- which was probably the case by now. He didn't know Louis at all anymore, he didn't know what he had been doing the past three years and he didn't know what kind of person he was by now.
